Excellent company, extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. They always take their time to make sure everything is done correctly. I have had bad experiences with AC techs in the past but they go above and beyond. I highly recommend this company!

The guys did a wonderful job repairing and cleaning my HVAC! They were very responsive on providing a quote for the services needed. Not only were they kind, but they also cleaned up very well after finishing the job. I highly recommend!!

I found R&R solutions on Angies and inquired about a servicing for an AC unit on a saturday. They called almost immediately and said they can look at it that afternoon. I knew the unit was old and was due to be replaced but I hadn't had time to make the arrangements. After thoroughly looking over the unit, Alfredo had called me to discuss options. I told him that I wanted to get a quote for a replacement and discuss it with my husband who is in the military. He instantly gave me a 10% discount for my husband's service and quoted a price within hours. After reviewing his quote, we hired R&R to do the work. He called me sunday afternoon and said they can start first thing monday. They were punctual with their start time, clean and courtious. They worked all day into theevening hours to complete the job in one day. I'm happy with the whole project and my dealings with R&R Cooling Solutions and will use them for my futre services.

I HIGHLY recommend!!!!! They installed a complete system for us, in a time where getting AC equipment is challenging due to Covid and lack of supply. They showed up when they said they would, were very professional, and they truly know what they are doing! My husband is in commercial HVAC and felt this team was excellent! And, when they cleaned up…I swear it was cleaner than before!!!! Very impressed!!!!

I called about 20 minutes before they closed for the day, explained the situation I was having and Jandry immediately agreed to have Alfredo come to my house and check the outside unit of my AC unit. Alfredo arrived within 15 mins after I called and was extremely thorough when checking the inside and outside units, thermostat and testing everything. He took his time to verify everything and found the issue. Once he was done, he gave me the full report, including pictures so that I can give it to my landlord. The unit needs to be completely replaced, so I will have to keep dealing with the landlord and their lack of care for this situation, but at least now I know what is actually happening, something that the technician from the company I rent my house from, never reported to me, even though they came this morning and supposedly fixed it, which wasn't fixed at all, because when I came back home from work, the outside unit still wasn't working. Because of this I decided to call R&R Cooling solutions so I could get an answer about the issue, due to my landlord not giving me any info/answer st all.
Alfredo went above and beyond and was able to make the unit work again even when it's old, malfunctioning and needs replacement. They are responsible, respectful and a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them 1000% to anyone who needs their services!!! Thank you Alfredo for everything you did in such a short notice!!!

My heat was not coming on and like many of you, I googled and suspected it was my capacitor. After reading reviews, I decided to give the smaller business a try. I'm glad I did. Alfredo arrived 20 min early. He immediately put on the shoe covers and had on a mask; very professional ; educated me on my unit; presented the maintenance plan to me, but did not try to shoved it down my throat. It was the capacitor and even though he could have charged various other fees, he did not and for that I'm truly appreciative. It looks like I've found my AC company. Thanks R&R Cooling

Fantastic company with excellent professional and quality service. They were at my house within a half hour of calling. I asked lots of questions and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. They were on an after hours call and stayed until the job was complete which was very late on a Friday night. I will recommend them for all heating and cooling. Pricing is within affordability especially during difficult times.

Same day service. Very knowledgeable and professional. Reasonable rates. My AC was blowing but not cooling the house. Yandry found the source of the problem, drove across town to pick up a new circuit board, returned promptly, and everything is cool again. Very pleased! I highly recommend this local company!

I've had other companies come out, rush to assume the worst, and charge me the most.
Alfredo not only came out (within an hour) on a Sunday, but offered a great price. When he got here he thoroughly inspected my ac, tried several other ways to get my old motor running, in order to save ME money (who does that anymore!). Not only did that demonstrate a great business, but also just a caring human in these trying times.

By far the best a/c company around! We have used them several times and all of them were after hour emergencies. They are always on time, super respectful, and they do a great HONEST job! I cannot recommend them enough!

I happened to come across a listing for R&R Cooling Solutions last year after moving into my new home and the a.c. going out on a holiday weekend. After reaching out to several companies R&R Cooling was able to come out within hours and fix the unit and get a service plan in place that I have been pleased with. The service professionals have always gone above and beyond to help with any issues we’ve had. I would and have recommended this company and have never been disappointed.

My experience with R & R cooling solutions was amazing. I called them at 5:30 on a Saturday and they had no problem coming out to fix my AC. The tech was very friendly and explained everything that he was doing and that needed to be done. He had my AC cooling in no time. I cant say enough good things about R & R.They are all around great! R&R were quick to respond, able to give me a good accurate idea of what to expect and a ball-park range of what to expect. They were out the same day to look at everything and even worked into the night to get me a quotes for repair and replace. 2 days later they were at my house when they said they would be and after a lot of work, replaced my entire ac system! I could not have been happier with everything.

If you are looking for a professional company that is responsive, on time and provides quality work at a reasonable price then look no further. All of the 5-star reviews are definitely accurate as I found when I called them to look at one of my HVAC units that was not providing adequate cooling and the compressor was running almost constantly. They were able to come to my house the morning after I called them and quickly identified the problem. The repair required a new expansion valve which needed to be obtained from the manufacturer, so it took an extra day to get the part, but the unit was functioning normally as soon as the part was obtained. They also identified that the company that had installed this unit 3 years previously had done a sloppy job of connecting the new unit to the existing duct work. There were spaces in the connection that were allowing attic air to leak into the system affecting the efficiency and causing moisture to build up on the insulation within the ducts. They returned later to replace the original plenums and the effected flexible ductwork. When I inspected the repair after completion, I was impressed with the thoroughness of the repair. I actually felt that they had gone beyond the work stated in the estimate without adding additional charges. I am very pleased that I decided to hire R and R Cooling Solutions for my HVAC repair.
