Had Heck Electric complete some work on a remodel project based on consistent great reviews on neighborhood Facebook pages. They did not disappoint and I can see why people love them. Their communication far exceeded expectations, and their professionalism was top notch. They were quick to answer questions and flexible with changes on the fly. I was very impressed with the whole process. It’s evident that they take pride in their work. The owner completed the initial consultation and was on top of every detail. My wife called in one morning to advise of a particular detail we wanted to make sure was not forgotten, the secretary advised my wife they had just finished their company morning meeting and the exact detail was discussed. She even contacted the technician to ensure it was brought to his attention again. Each phase of the project was explained up front. After each phase was completed, photos of all the work done was emailed to us. The day before each appointment a reminder email and text were sent. Before each visit a text and email was sent with a photo of the technician advising they were on the way and provided a means to contact them with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Heck Electric and I know we won’t call anyone else for our future electrician needs. Great job to all involved with our project.

We have used Heck Electric a few times now and they never disappoint! Mike came and replaced the fan on our back patio and had it taken down and a new one up in no time! Everything was cleaned up nicely and he disposed of all trash. We will never look elsewhere when it comes to our electrical needs! Big or small!

This is the third time we called Heck Electric. This time we needed to remove two old ceiling fans and replace with two modern fans.

Dustin was our technician this time. He was on time, very affordable, & on budget, and did a wonderful job.

Best part is these guys clean up after themselves while they work, and again after they've finished.

The estimate was on site review of needed repairs was done with total confidence by Ryan who made it feel like anything was possible from them. The actual work was done by Joshua Abell and with his obvious super experience and professional knowledge everything was completed flawlessly! He moved a very heavy iron chandelier to a new spot on my ceiling, re-strung new longer chain. He sealed the old ceiling outlet with a plate. Next he got a 3 light old lamppost working again in my front yard. installed a new outdoor outlet to it, and quickly put in a smart switch for it so that I can use with my cell phone. He replaced a broken outdoor motion light and reconfigured an indoor faulty outlet. I highly recommend using Heck Electric. Great Job!

It was time to upgrade our old, but faithful, electric panel. Josh Abell was able to arrive a little early which worked out great for us. He worked steadily and professionally the entire time.

I included a picture of the finished work. Wish I had thought to take a picture of the old panel for comparison. Anyway, we are very pleased with Heck Electric.

Mike and Gavin were such a pleasure to work with! They were extremely professional and got all the work done without any issues. They installed multiple chandeliers for us as well as installed recess lighting in our kitchen. Everything turned out wonderful and we would highly recommend them!

Former owners had put wall sockets on the same circuit as the ceiling lights. I needed to have them separated. Mike Dailey did a superb job of running new circuitry and rewiring.

So pleased and impressed with Heck Electric. Cheryl (office) was professional and compassionate - she understood the urgency of getting costs to our insurance company and scheduled an electrican with 2 days. Our electrician, Ryan, was also professional, courteous, and thorough. He also ensured we understood why issues happen as a result of a lightning strike. We are now repeat customers! Mike provided the estimate and insight on how to setup our portable generator to the main breaker box. He was very courteous and patient in answering my questions and concerns. A few weeks later, Joshua and Blake (in-training) installed a 200 amp breaker, generator inlet and a few other supporting items. And they were also very professional and courteous. The front office (Cheryl and the owner) always responding quickly to my questions.
My only trivial issue is the work complete invoice, I couldn’t understand the breakdown of items and costs; and that may just be me.
I would definitely hire these folk’s again!

I was very pleased with the job done by Ryan from Heck Electric. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He quickly replaced an old fluorescent light fixture with a new LED one. I will definitely use this company again.
