Have used Guinn's many time .ALWAYS honest and trustworthy. I use local companies in Haines City if I can. Have never had to use anyone else. They are the best.

Was severely misquoted (several hundred dollars)on work I had scheduled to be done. Found out after work had started. Was willing to pay more for miscommunication but they were unwilling to work with me on price and the total job was half done. The half that was done was done well and technicians were excellent.

Called about hooking up an oven in a trailer, drove the trailer and dropped it off in their yard. The next day they went out, opened the trailer and called me. The oven is 3 phase and couldn’t be hooked up as I have a 1 phase box. Next day, went and picked trailer up to get a 1 phase oven. Was charged $125 to have someone open the door and look at the oven, access panel was off already. Needless to say, someone else will be hooking up the new oven.
