He is not like the other companies that charge an excessive amount to give you an analysis. he has a lot of experience and was able to repair a drying machine that we thought was broken. very responsible and reliable. Defenetly reccomend! thank you alex

The technician came next morning after I called them. He figured out what’s wrong with my fridge what spare parts was needed, we discussed the price and he left. In two days he returned with parts and in few hours everything was done.

This company and especially Alix serviced my refrigerator due to it not cooling. They ordered parts and no more a half dozen of calls explaining what repairs were needed. After the final determination, the repairs and parts needed would be extensive and instead of presenting what would be costly and timely, your technician gave me sound advice about not repairing but replacing the unit. It saved me money and set me on a course to make an intelligent financial decision. I highly recommend.

The technician Alex and his assistant were very professional, they came at the agreed time and gave their maximum effort.
Alex was very patient and went over the problem with my old appliance until it was fixed.

Great experience. Alex was very professional and did an excellent job explaining the issues with the washer. He ordered the parts we agreed to and was back the next day to install and repair. No hidden fees, no games with overcharging for parts or unnecessary work.

I was a little nervous because every other company charges a diagnostic fee. However, this company promptly responded and came out the same day. There was no hidden fee and no up sells. The tech informed me that he could fix my refrigerator but went over the pros and cons. The cost was significantly less then the prior company quoted me (and that company tried to fix it but couldn't).
In the end I opted to buy a new refrigerator. I was not charge at all from this company. They did not push me to fix it.
The company was very honest, and prices to fix an item were more then fair.
I would recommend calling for your issues. They will not try and rip you off.

Called Zero for my washing machine and they came out the next day. Alex was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He showed me the issue and explained the issue and cost for the repair. They really impressed me with the level of service and repair work, I will definitely use them again.

We had zero diagnostic come to install a new electric stove in our kitchen. They were prompt and efficient. They came the afternoon that we called. Would have them back for any of our appliance repairs.

I recommend this company for diagnostics and repair of household appliances. I didn’t have a fridge freezer. I applied this company. The next day Andrey arrived, quickly diagnosed the reason and issued an invoice. Diagnostic was free which reduced the cost of the entire repair. He had all necessary parts with him and he immediately fixed the fridge. I’m very grateful for the quick and professional work. Recommended!
