Five Eighteen Construction is a serious, competent, knowledgeable, reachable, quick and no nonsense group of young engineers that do excellent work. Our experience with them was very good in both the remodeling of a house and an apartment.

Right from the start, 518 was on top of everything, working closely with our architect and their engineers, and making sure things got done quickly and efficiently. Whenever there were any bumps in the road, they handled them without hesitation and kept things moving forward.

I’ve worked with many GC’s in the past and this was by far my best experience and coincidentally the most comprehensive amount of work I’ve undertaken. Their attention to detail, their responsiveness and willingness to make changes as work progressed made us feel confident the end result will be superb and indeed it is. If we could give 518 Construction ten stars we would. Our biggest concern with building a new home was finding a reliable and quality general contractor, especially in South Florida. We were beyond fortunate to find 518 Construction who are the best and most reliable major vendor we've ever worked with in any capacity. They made the challenging process of building a new home as easy and stress free as possible. They used high quality and reliable subcontractors (another major challenge normally in South Florida), high quality materials, and knew someone for every type of thing we wanted to do in our home. They also had very clear and easy to understand billing and accounting processes, and were always mindful of trying to save us money wherever we could without sacrificing anything we wanted to do in our home. They were also infinitely patient with us and the other vendors (interior designer, low voltage A/V, etc.) in making certain everyone was working together to get our house completed on time and correctly. We still marvel how much our house looks like the original renderings, and we have 518 Construction to thank for that. Cannot recommend them highly enough for any major construction project you have -- they are the best in the business!
