Finally an honest and hardworking company. They explained everything in detail and were very patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to put all kinds of HEPA filters in my AC units, and they told me exactly what I needed and what was a waste of money. My coils were SO dirty and they took their time cleaning them and were not rushed. They came out looking like new!! I never felt pressure or anything and I truly felt that they were looking after my families best interest. The gain a new customer today as i will be calling from now on for all my AC maintenance. THANK YOU !

I recently purchased an air conditioning maintenance agreement from Must Air. Jonathan Decker, the HVAC Technician, came in for the 1st maintenance visit. Mind you that the property had just been remodeled and the air conditioning unit had received its good share of dust and debris. Jonathan cheked the unit, gave me a complete assessment of its condition, guided me through next steps in the life of the unit, made some recommendations and completed the clean-up. This was all done promptly and very professionally. I could see that Jonathan cared for his customer and was proud to deliver a good Quality work.

MUST AIR is a MUST...!

I called MustAir USA to clean my air handler after having remodel done in my home. The air handler was filthy from all of the dust and debris. The service was excellent. Roi came to my property and cleaned the blower wheel, coil and flushed the condensate line. He explained the entire process. Very fair on price and their office followed up on payment and made sure that I was pleased with the service. I recommend MustAir USA for anyone's A/C needs. Thank you Roi and MustAir!

I was renting a house for some time, when our air conditioning just stoped working. It was an emergency. My family and I were sweating up a storm. We heard about Must Air from some friends, we called them. The one whom answered was so delightful and understanding. Literally the employee showed up in minutes, and knew what had to be done immediately. He called another employee, and they went to work on it right away. It went back to working even better then before. I thanked them so much! They did an amazing job and I asked them to come by more often!

Yesterday my AC unit just simply died so ,I called up Roy from MUSTAIR (I've used their services before) and scheduled for them to come that evening. Around 7 PM a big white van drove up and two technicians stepped out and went right at it.
I was really impressed of how well-stocked the truck was with all the pipes and parts that were stacked on the sides of the truck neatly and easily reached.
The two technicians solved the problem in the matter of a half hour and the unit was good to go again.
In short , the crew that had arrived we're highly familiar with equipment and most professional

Super responsive, professional and willing to get the job done effectively. I had been looking around for someone to help me with a getting onto a 2nd story complex roof and was having trouble finding someone willing to come out and handle it on the weekend without wanting to charge an arm and a leg. Roi from MustAIR jumped on it, said he would call me back and within a short while had a tech out to look at it. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and smiled a lot which says something. Finally a company you can trust!!!! The AC at my apt was not cooling. 3 different companies that came to take a look told me that I must change the unit but when Roi arrived to take a look he was able to discover a leak that caused the problem. Guess what, within an hour everything was running smoothly. AC technicians are like mechanics, very rare to find someone you can trust and thats why you should only deal with Must Air USA for all your AC needs

It's hard to find an honest, reliable, and affordable A/C company in South Florida. Must Air USA really came through for us on all fronts, and they managed to fix the screw ups of the various techs from our previous A/C company that couldn't figure out what our issue was. Unlike those aforementioned techs, you could tell that these folks knew what they were doing, and their diagnosis ended up being on point! A couple of visits later and we were back up and running on all cylinders, just like they said. We were so happy with the communication, pricing, and level of service that we decided to utilize them for all our ongoing repair and maintenance needs, moving forward...and we never looked back! I strongly recommend you give this company a try, especially if you have commerical grade units that require a specific level of knowledge and expertise that not too many so called A/C technicians actually have.
