From the start, Ray demonstrated exceptional responsiveness, promptly answering my messages—something that, unfortunately, is uncommon these days. Not only did he come out on a Saturday, his day off, to repair my compressor, but he also honored the quoted repair fee when I was fully prepared to pay a premium for such dedication. Ray’s integrity, expertise, and customer-first approach are truly commendable. I cannot recommend Ray and Tech Pro Cooling and Heating highly enough!

Ray was very efficient in resolving our broken air conditioning which wasn’t cooling. He was punctual and diagnosed the problem immediately and by the next day he had the AC running up again. We were very appreciative to have it resolved so quickly.
