Tengan cuidado que de horario de 1 pm no nos abrieron y apagaron la luz, la verdad deja mucho que desear de este servicio ya que me parece falta de respeto hacer eso

Llegue para recoger una orden, pero tenía necesidad de usar el baño y me fue negado su uso,, ojalá y a esos jefes les suceda lo mismo y aprendan que el uso del baño y el agua NO SE NIEGA,,,

I spoke to a lady named light or luz or something similar to that. I needed some information on some products for a client of mine. My spanish is prety bad so i spoke in English, from the start she was very rude, i tried my best to make out what she was trying to say but had no success. I understand employees sometimes are frustrated at work but please do not take it out on your potential customers. I hate giving out bad reviews but i think is necessary in order to correct these types of behaviors.
