Great experience! Our AC completely broke and had to be replaced. He came out quickly and was able to get air circulating in the house while we waited for the new unit. Once it arrived, he installed it right away and the whole process was fast and professional. We did have a small leak afterward, but he came back out promptly and fixed it. Very reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated to his work. Highly recommend!

AC was leaking at the coils and called cool air usa. Tech came out and accessed situation and gave me a qoute of 1400 to clean the coils on a 3 ton system. Shocked i went to angies list and put the finding and requested quotes. Immediately ESA responded and qoute was less than have previously quoted. Tech arrived knowledgeable and resolved the issue the next day for considerable lower cost. We saved $800 vs cool air usa. I would highly recommend this company handling your ac needs. They even went above and beyond redirecting my drain line and insulated ac lines that were aged at no additional cost.

I am so pleased with the services rendered by this company! My AC broke out of nowhere and my warehouse was starting to heat up fast in the Miami summer. I have very sensitive inventory in there so I called ESA AC and they were able to send me someone immediately. They got my AC back up and running the same day and even helped me discover that my warehouse had an alternative AC unit and installed the thermostat for me at no cost. We were very pleased with the service provided by ESA. We called them late in the afternoon on a Saturday and they came out right away and got our tenants A/C working that same afternoon.
