I have a commercial building that has numerous toilets and the main line was clogged. We have many employees so this was a big inconvenience. Row Plumbing had someone to our shop right away to fix our problem. The customer service was great and had the problem taken care of in a timely fashion. I called around town to try and find a plumber and it seemed no one really cared about our urgency except for Row Plumbing. I recommend calling here first. I will definitely use your services again!

I moved to the area 4 years ago and haven't had a need for a plumber until last week when I had a tub to shower conversion project going on for my mother. I was under the gun to get this done before she arrived and the contractors informed me that I needed a plumber to move the water lines, which was a much larger job than my naive self had expected. Because of the good reviews, I called Row and they were able to get here right away to get the job done. I was in a panic because my Mom was arriving in a matter of days. I know it wasn't easy to deal with me, but Lisa was so kind and patient. And, the 2 gentlemen that did the work were so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unlike the contractors, they were very neat and clean in my home. I was so impressed that I called them a few days later to replace a water shut-off and they didn't fail to please again. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices.
