Very good service and care for mankind and animals alike! Richard was at my home diagnosing a plumbing problem when a recent rescue of mine fell into the pool. Richard saw this happen and because she's an English bulldog she cant swim very well and sank straight to the bottom. Richard instinctively pulled her out of the pool!

Hats off to this Amazing human being!! All of their Technicians are dog-friendly and anyone of them would do this for a customer if the need arises! They do great plumbing work also! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAPENSEE PLUMBING, POOLS AND AIR to anyone I know!!

We recently purchased a condo in Sarasota which needed plumbing repairs. We called LaPensee Plumbing from a referral from our realtor. They were very prompt and polite in getting a repair technician out to our condo. Great customer service. Pete the plumber came out and installed a new kitchen faucet, two new shower heads, and repaired one of our toilets. Pete did an excellent job and everything looks great! After having another company come out (that had installed our unit) to give a quote for repairs we thought it best to get a second opinion and so glad we called LaPensee Air. Todd showed up right on time and told us that our warranty was still in place and didn't need the thousands of dollars worth of repair that we were told. We needed a new water controller for our outdoor shower. I asked for a new system but Scott informed me that replacement was a huge job and he could much more easily and quickly repair the existing one. He did, and it works perfectly. I have used LaPensee for HVAC, Plumbing and Pool repairs, I also use them for weekly pool service and AC maintenance, I am very satisfied with their service.
I scheduled a service call to have the three exterior spigots on my house replaced. The service tech, Jimmy called me when he arrived and thoughtfully recommended a plan to complete the job. I arrived home later that day to find properly installed spigots, the stucco repaired around the new fixtures and the surrounding areas clean, I could not be happier with the job and can tell that Jimmy takes pride in his work.
I would recommend LaPensee to anyone needing their services.

Thanks LaPensee for responding so fast and helping out after our pool was fixed from a bad leak. The pool was in desperate need of a good cleaning!!!!

We had a free standing tub that had leaks in the braided supply lines under the tub. We paid a plumber 6 months earlier to repair the leaking tub and were told the leak was in the handheld sprayer, and they would not stand behind their work and refused to come back over. LaPensee was wonderful to work with. Roland was very professional and systematically addressed the problem and did what was needed to repair the problem. He ended up having to call another plumber named Dale to help pull up the tub. They checked every connection and did a fabulous job. Both were very pleasant and professional. Thank you LaPensee. I won't hesitate to call if I need other plumbing repairs.

I only trust my plumbing to LaPensee! They are reliable, honest, and very hard working. They NEVER try to sell you more than you need like other plumbers. They have done multiple jobs in our home and we have been extremely happy with the results and price. Most recently, Billy W moved our kitchen sink plumbing to accommodate new kitchen cabinets. The end result was clean and professional looking. He was knowledgeable, polite, and hard working. They are the best plumbers in town!

For my business and personal property I use Lapensee all the time. Great picture below of why. My 4 year old son was fascinated with a shower fix at my personal residence. The Lapensee technician was patient with my son and even paused for a picture while he dressed up in his fireman's costume for a photo. The details make a big difference. Thanks Lapensee! Oh yah, of course the shower is fixed!

We have never been disappointed with LaPensee. They are always on time and are very knowledgeable and polite. We just had our water heater replaced. Tommy Petley was our technician and he was great! He explained everything, showed us the problems with our old heater and gave us a tutorial of our new heater. I will definitely ask for him the next time we are in need of services from LaPensee.

Jimmy from LaPensee has done work for us three times. Most recently he moved a whole house water filter system from a condo we were renting to the house we just bought. He's had to be very creative to figure out how to do the installations and we are very happy with his attitude, his knowledge and attention to detail. Their pricing is good and reasonable and he actually helped me decide to not replace my water heater to save some money! Excellent worker and excellent company in our experience. Thanks again for a great job.

LaPensee is a 10 star performer. plumbing maintence & pool service for my 20 years of ownership. they are experts. they are fair and reliable and pleasant.
most recently (after Helene and before Milton) i broke a water valve disconnecting a flooded washing machine. out early next am (day before Milton) and fixed pronto!
