Duval AC was able to check out our AC unit within 2 hrs of our call. We had guests in town when our unit stopped working, plus it was a day of extreme heat. Thankfully Duval AC came to our rescue, diagnosed the problem, explained the issue, and got the unit working again. They were professional and the cost was reasonable for the replacement part and their time. Very pleased and highly recommend their services.

I wish more people ran their company the same way Chris does. Honest, reliable and wants to take care of you any way he can. Duval A/C is my go to company to ensure my heating and A/C units are always up and running. Thanks for all you do Chris.

Chris, Mark, and John were great. Having your system die during the summer isn't ideal. Chris made us aware of what he'd do and offered great suggestions. He's very thorough but also thoughtful. He and his team treat you with respect and respect your home too. Their team took a bad situation and truly turned it around in a very timely manner. If you're looking for great quality work, with a relatable person, choose Chris and his team.

We needed a vent moved being that we are installing built in cabinets and the original vent was in the area that the cabinets will be installed. We thought the job would be to small. Chris was referred to us by a friend. He came in evaluated the job and gave us a fair price. Chris followed up before the date of the job and was on time the day of the job. Chris is a pleasure to speak with and a true professional. We highly recommend Chris.

Chris was professional, thorough, and explained what he was doing in great detail when he cleaned my ducts and coils, replaced a capacitor, and topped the refrigerant levels.

I will always call Duval Air Conditioning from now on!! Chris came over on a Saturday when I didn't think we'd even get a call back until Monday, it was hot and our AC bit the dust, he diagnosed the problem and could patch it but our 12 year old unit was ready to be laid to rest!! He did a patch to get us through the next couple of days, so you know it's August in Jax beach and 1000 degrees outside, meanwhile he ordered our new upgraded unit and Two days later showed up at our house ready to install the new one. He and his workers got the job completed and cleaned up before my wife even got home from work and left our house cleaner than when they arrived!!! Thank you so much Duval Air Conditioning!! You're a life saver!!!

Duval Air is amazing! Five star in all aspects. They take pride in their craft and you can see it through the work they do. They break down understanding, justification and rationale of any issues, creating high trust in all they do. This company is great with follow up and follow through. They do everything right with ease to the customer. A gem of a genuine company.

Professional and courteous service. I was provided a clear and concise explanation of the service requirements and cost. All of my concerns were addressed thoroughly. We definitely will be contacting Duval Air Conditioning for all of our A/C needs.

Look no further for a local AC service company. Cannot rave enough about Chris and Duval Air. Our HVAC went out within 24 hours of my husband and I closing on our new home. Chris came out the same night we called to assess things and returned the following day to work on the HVAC with a new part. Chris was incredibly thorough, thoughtful and prompt. We plan to use Duval Air Conditioning on all things HVAC moving forward.

Chris and Duval Air Conditioning were great to work with! Duval A/C beat all other quotes and it was nice to work with a locally-owned business. The whole installation process was efficient and they got us back up and running in the same day. On a weekday evening I contacted Chris because my blower motor wouldn't turn on. Chris was there the next morning to diagnose the issue. He determined the blower motor had failed and told me it's still under warranty. He quickly found a replacement blower motor, picked it up and installed it that day. What quick service especially when the nights were still getting cold and we needed heat. He's professional, friendly, trusting, and provides excellent service. He's a local Jax Beach businessman that doesn't try to upsell you on high priced add ons that you don't need like the bigger corporate HVAC companies in the area. Chris also handles my seasonal maintenance over the past year and I couldn't be happier with the service. You won't regret trying out Chris for all your HVAC needs.

Our old A/C system was on the way out after 20 years. We were quoted new systems by 2 other firms and experienced sticker shock to say the least. We were referred to Chris DuVall, from a trusted source, to diagnose a problem during this heat wave, as our home would not cool below 84 degrees. After a thorough inspection of our system and listing our options, Chris priced out a new unit for us, (which was much less than the competitors), and was able to install the next day. Chris, Mark, and John arrived on time, secured the work area with drop cloths, set up work stations and switched out the unit with no problems. These guys are professional, customer service oriented, and leave the home and property spotless when job is done. We highly recommend Duval Air Conditioning if you like fair pricing and being appreciated for your business!
