Ordered 10 pcs of A15 60W Incandescent Bulbs, which are hard to find at major big box retailers or very pricey. Well packaged for shipment and received within 10 days using Super Saver shipping. Upon installing 5 of the bulbs, they fired up immediately, illuminating as expected. Appreciate the prompt shipment and value provided.

I was nervous ordering 3 fluorescent bulbs and having them shipped to Ohio from Florida, but the pricing was so good I just had to order. Sure enough the package arrived damaged but the bulbs inside still looked good until I tried them and they started smoking. I called and talked to the owner and explained my situation. He took care of me and replaced the damaged bulbs.

I was having difficulty finding a replacement bulb for the "pump running" indicator lamp on our septic control panel. Jackson Lighting and Electric had the bulb in stock and listed at a more than reasonable price. I only needed one, so I selected their "I Just Need One!" shipping option, which cost only $3.25, but the length of time that delivery option would take wasn't specified anywhere that I could see.
I was pleasantly surprised when the bulb that I had ordered on Friday arrived with my mail early on the following Monday.
I have already installed the bulb and it functions as expected.
10/10 I will use Jackson Lighting and Electric Supply again if I need another hard-to-find bulb.

I ordered 24 60W appliance bulbs from Jackson Lighting. The order came within 1 week using their Super Saver shipping. Upon examination of the bulbs we found that there were some defects from the manufacturer (not Jackson Lighting's fault at all). A call was placed to them with a immediate response from Customer Service. No hesitation at all with a "we will have replacement bulbs sent out immediately and we will check for any defects before shipping. Thank you for bringing this to our attention".

After reading the other neg. reviews, I would not put much confidence in them as my experience was been positive for the entire process. I will continue to give Jackson
Lighting first shot for all our electrical needs bought over the internet.

Update.. I visited Jacson Lighting and Electric again after a whole year, Quinn was still there offering great customer service for my electrical supply purchase. Now I am looking at replacing my kitchen light and reviewing models for Quinn to price for me. It is still a five star review.

I like this place. The customer service was excellent (Quinn was the guy). I went in for an obscure bulb for my RV porch light. They had it, picked the order fast, and even though my purchase was small, they treated me like I was placing an order for a huge amount. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.

I placed an order online for bulbs and called the company to confirm the process. customer service clearly explained the process, how my account would be created after the order, and confirmed the free delivery. The product was well priced.Order was delivered within 48 hours. definitely would repeat business when needed.

I ordered 4 miniature bulbs for aged recessed lighting fixtures in which the bulb is only 20 watts and has a voltage of 28. Prices were great. I selected 2 day express delivery and received notification that the bulbs had been shipped on the same day I ordered. I fully anticipate that based on the bulbs description they will be what I need. I could not find these bulbs at any local brick and mortar store.

Before placing ordered I called and verified that the bulbs were in stock and available to ship. The sales clerk Melinda was very nice!

As of now..........I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Great service and stock. Came here from across the street at Graybar who couldn't get us the heat shrink tubing we needed to complete a job. Jackson Electric has everything we needed on the shelf and ready to go. Front desk guy was friendly and super helpful. Will use them again for our electrical materials needs while in the area.

These guys did OK, if you don't get your order within a reasonable time, give them a call. They worked things out to my satisfaction after I contacted them.

Used Internet sent away for some automobile bulbs. Their was an error in the bulbs they sent us. Called up spoke to Melinda she fix the problem and they were very fast rectifying the problem. I would have given 5 stars.........positive experience.

Literally 7 days + about 5 hours ,... Saturday to Saturday .
That was USPS Super Saver Shipping .

Jackson Electric Supply and Bulb Town merged .
