Kyle and the entire team at Kendale are wonderful to work with. The Kendale team took on the complete renovation of our 26,000 sq.ft. office with ease. At our request, they built a schedule to allow for zero personnel/office downtime, started over the holidays and worked tirelessly to complete the project on time. Kyle is honest & transparent with his budgets and sets expectations. There aren’t any surprises. The project manager managed his crew each and every day while also working around our employees with respect and thoughtfulness. He made sure that everything was taken care of. Perhaps, what I appreciated the most is that we never felt rushed or discouraged from discussions. Kyle will always smile and let you know he’ll make it work - and he will. He will take the stress off of you & get the job done, so you can do yours. I highly recommend them for any project - I assure you - you will be happy you did.

Website looked good, touted professionalism from the moment you call..
Then I called and it was a lady with bad English who sounded confused and had me on speaker phone telling me nobody is available and to email them my project, I asked who to address on the email and she said, nobody.. Yeaaa real professional.

Not even worth one star. Don't depend on their warranty; they won't stand behind it. Better have them initial off on EVERYTHING they promise. Because their promises are non-existent. Pick another contractor. Even city inspectors will say there has been trouble in their so called paradise!!!
