I have had the pleasure of working with David and his company for the past couple years. They perform extremely high quality work and have been a reliable cleaning vendor for our organization. They take pride in their work and will always do the job the "right way"! I highly recommend Construct Clean Solutions!

David and his team are very professional. They were contracted to complete a post construction clean a 50,000+ sq ft office and 100,000+ sq ft production floor for me. They arrived when they said they would, didn't have to ask them go back and clean a area a second time because it meet standards the first time, and finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend this team for any cleaning!

I recently contracted David and his team for a substantial post-construction cleaning project, encompassing over 150,000 square feet divided between a 50,000+ square foot office space and a 100,000+ square foot production floor. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their professionalism was consistently evident. They adhered precisely to the agreed-upon schedule, arriving on time and fully prepared each day. This punctuality, coupled with their efficient work ethic, was instrumental in the project's overall success.

What truly impressed me was the team's meticulous attention to detail. They demonstrated a clear understanding of the high standards required for a post-construction clean, and I never had to request them to revisit any area. Their work was thorough and comprehensive from the outset, a testament to their experience and commitment to quality. Beyond the exceptional cleaning itself, David and his team also managed to complete the entire project ahead of the projected timeline. This proactive approach and dedication to meeting deadlines were invaluable, allowing me to move forward with subsequent phases of the project without delay. I wholeheartedly recommend David and his team for any cleaning needs, large or small.
