I've been in florida for 25 years and for the very first time, I've finally found the Best and most outstanding HVAC Company. Above and Beyond Heating and Air has performed miracles in our home. Found out that our duct work needed restrapping, patching and resizing. It's no wonder no air was getting upto the second floor. Lance was the tech here today. Excellent gentleman, who explained in detail with photos he took, of the work he preformed in the attic. The before and after photos impressed me with the obvious differences in doing a half-assed installation by initial contractor, and doing an installation correctly by Above and Beyond. Lastly, Lance advised that if we didn't notice any improvement in the air flow/ temperature, to please call the office and we will be back. Above all,our goal is to make our customers happy with our work. WHO DOES THIS TODAY????? I highly recommend Above and Beyond Heating and Air, this is definitely a 5 Star Company.

This business is the best AC/Heating company in Jacksonville, hands down ! From the customer service to the installation crew and the service Technicians. I had a new unit installed in March of last year. The installation went perfect. The communication from the front office people were superb and is what every business should strive to be. I recently had a service technician, Nelson, come out and inspect the unit because of the winter storm that just came through. My fan was frozen due to the temperature and rain/sleet that we had. He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection of the entire unit. He found nothing wrong with anything. The best thing that I can say about this company is they are honest!!! That means a lot these days!!!

Their name says it all! The guys did an awesome job and the customer service over the phone was great!

Roza was absolutely amazing taking care of all my questions and very easy to talk to. The unit is very quiet and will save me money in the long run. As for the wonderful men that came and put in the unit was absolutely amazing to work with. Thank you everyone at above and beyond!!

importantly… my AC always works again when they leave!!

Thank you for prompt and courteous service after a very long weekend of outside temps above 95 and no functioning AC. Chris was polite, on time, and had the AC up and running with a simple fix in less than 15 minutes. We are very grateful!

Nelson was our technician this morning . (Saturday)He was fast, thorough and knowledgeable .We thought we would get an angry moody tech for having to come out on a weekend but Nelson was the complete opposite. We appreciate this company and the positive customer service.

This is an exceptional AC company that lives up to their name! We made a service call a few months ago and had to cancel due to a scheduling conflict on our end. I spoke to a friendly and understanding call service representative who assured me that when we were ready to reschedule, they'd come right away. Sure enough, a few months later, they arrived and replaced our heating and AC units. Prior to the installation, they arrived to take multiple photos as a means of ensuring the best quality service. Above and Beyond are professional, courteous, and most importantly, they are there when you need them!

Above & Beyond Heating And Air is an absolutely outstanding company! I needed someone to come out and take a look at my system and they sent someone right away. Harrison Hogan meticulously examined the system, pinpointed the issue and fixed it. Additionally, he took the initiative to ensure that I would not have issues in the future with using the heat during the cooler seasons. His exemplary professionalism was in fact above and beyond!

I contacted Above & Beyond Heating and Air for a 2nd quote. I was told my a/c unit needed a new control board. Technician Alex came by and after examining, said it only needed adjustments and he got my unit running again for a fraction of the other company's quote! I'm so happy for an honest company and I will be recommending Above & Beyond Heating and Air to everyone I know!

I’ve had an in wall leak for over 3 years
Many technicians from smaller to bigger companies inspected the situation with no results. A technician from Above and Beyond offered the only plausible solution which was to bypass the original drainage pipe with a Pomped system which is now working beautifully thus avoiding unneeded costly breakage and repairs

Just moved into my new place last week and A&B came to service the a/c unit today on a Sunday no less. The HVAC technician was so polite and the most knowledgeable HVAC guy I ever met. Explained everything in great detail and super informative. Myself being retired NAVY, I truly appreciate this type of service. Turns out the HVAC man is an Army Veteran. Go figure 💪🏻 Hopefully A&B appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail as I do. If you want exceptional service definitely call A&B and ask for the Army guy.
