I liked everything about this business. Called them out for a maintenance check and they were quick to come out. Most honest company I’ve come across. I’ll always use this company for AC service, repairs, and installations.

Almost fell victim to unscrupulous and dishonest, corporate HVAC company. Ricky to the rescue. Saved me thousands!! I will do business with no one else. Thank you, sir!

If you want to support an excellent small business that does heating and air, AC JAX, LLC is the place. Called yesterday to schedule routine maintenance and they were out first thing the next morning. On time, professional and responsive. Will definitely be using them from now on! For those that use AMEX, they do accept AMEX.

Outside unit on the fritz and the age of our system seemingly spelled certain doom for indoor comfort. Rick saved us thousands of dollars and gave peace of mind. This new customer highly recommends AC JAX

I called them for a repair when the condensing unit wouldn't turn on. They quickly found an electrical issue, then continued testing the system and found that there was also a freon leak (which is a reason why the unit was also coming on all the time before the electrical short). All said and done, parts were ordered quickly, installation time was flexible, and it was done right. I will use this company going forward.

I can't say enough good things about Rick and Ac Jax. My ac went out right before a big event and he was here within minutes. I have recommended him to several people and everyone raves about them.

Rick has been servicing our home AC for years. So when our older AC unit died at home Rick and his team of professionals installed a new system in a timely manner at a good price.

I have used Rick Cicero for all my HVAC needs since I moved to Jacksonville in 2005. Rick (and his father) has replaced a new A/C system, a new gas heat furnace, replaced the A/C ducting in the attic and done numerous other HVAC services for me over the years. I have recommended him to friends who have also been very pleased with Rick's professionalism and service.

I most recently called Rick on Wednesday, July 1st after my A/C crapped out in the middle of the day when it was 94 degrees outside. Rick answered promptly and said he could be over in a few hours after he finished a job. Once he was on scene he quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned out compressor motor and said he had the spare part in his van! He replaced and tested the new motor and the A/C was back in operation in less than an hour. He's a lifesaver.

I had the pleasure of this company installing my A/C unit. The time that it took Rick and his guys to install was unbelievable and to have our air blowing the way that it is now it has never felt this good. And not mention Ms Lauren’s customer service is top tier. Don’t let this hidden gem go un found.

My HVAC system stopped working and I needed a new system installed as soon as possible. Called AC JAX and they were able to help immediately. I was so impressed with his quality of work. They gave me the confidence and reassurance that no other company was able to provide. Would definitely use them again.

My wife called me at midnight last night telling me the AC wasn't working and that the temperature was 77 degrees. It was 78 by the time i got off work and got home. By the time I woke up at 8:30 AM my house was 80 degree. I gave this company a try. At 8:45 am on a Saturday morning i called and had a smiling Rick at my front door in about a half hour. He worked and I watched as he quickly identified and repaired the problem while humoring every one of my questions. 30 minutes later I had a cold breeze in my home once again. The service was exceptional and the price was very fair. He even serviced my outside unit and air handler while he was here. I couldn't recommend this company more.

Rick did an excellent job installing a new EC on my furnace. He also reworked some of the duct work to provide better flow. In the future, Rick will be my first call if we have an AC/Furnace issue.

Rick is an absolute pleasure to work with. He's a complete professional and runs a one man small business owner/mom&pop type operation. He's very responsive, able to diagnose the problem quick, and most of all, is able to offer various options (repair vs replace, items to try first before needing a more expensive fix, etc). He's my go to guy for any HVAC/AC work, even on the off chance that I need to wait a few days. I would highly recommend without reservations!
