Great communication, work ethic, prompt service. I called for info on Tuesday evening and had a new AC/heat pump cooling me down by noon on Thursday. They removed the old unit and left with a clean and tidy installation. Thanks for the guidance and quick install.

Fran and his crew did an excellent job relocating an A/C return duct and vent at our home. The project was tricky because the house is 80 years old with limited attic space to work. Frank is the Man!! Frank installed our Trane XL18 air-conditioning unit five years ago and we loved him then. Over the years, he has helped our friends and my in-laws and everyone has had the same great experience.

We have two young kids (six weeks old and 18 months old) and our AC went out late this evening, due to a bad start up capacitor. We were looking at a long and miserable night out of us.

Frank was here quickly to save the day, after hours and working in the dark with his fancy flashlight baseball cap. He had the parts on the truck and had our unit up and running within minutes.

Fran was great! He showed up the same day (actually at 6:30 that evening ) to fix our a/c system that was not cooling well. He was very thorough and explained all that he did and by the time he left, our a/c was working well! I found his prices very reasonable and he was very fair and honest. Would absolutely use him again and cannot recommend him enough!
