Johnathan was my tech he showed up on time to install my new Havc system exceptional workmanship so when Johnathan had the whole system installed he turned it on and the system wasn't working correctly he shut it off took a look at the compressor out side and found the problem right away a wire connection that should have been done in the factory was not connected fix it system runs awesome job well done will refer them to family friends and my neighbors Thanks Johnathan for a outstanding job

We have used Alton Services for years for our needs. They are affordable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Wanda always answers the phone, and I enjoy talking to her. We’ve had techs Hayden and Jonathan work on our units over the years, and they are such pros! Highly recommend. They go above and beyond at reasonable prices.

Alton Services has been taking care of our A/C unit for close to 10 years now. Their techs are awesome, & honest. Unfortunately, when they showed up last week, the cost to fix our 13 year old unit was 1/3 of the cost to get a brand new unit. So we bit the bullet, bought a brand new York Affinity system and they installed it on the very next day which happened to be on a Saturday. Not only did they send their best techs, but Ernie Alton himself was there all day to assist in the install. If you value great customer service at good rates, you need to invite Alton Services to take care of your Air Conditioning needs. You'll be glad you did. They Rock! BTW, we LOVE the York's superior energy ratings and it is SO quiet too!

Jonathan is is the BEST! Our AC started blowing warm are on Sunday. I texted him to see if he could come Monday and take a look. The next thing I know he said he is at my home ready to fix it.
He fixed it quickly and our home cooled down very quickly. If you need service or a whole new system call Alton Services , they will fix it and give you a fair price on a new system!! 🌼

Big shout-out to Jonathan with Alton Services, Inc.. Our AC was not working and within 2 hours Jon was at my house fixing the unit and explaining every step as he fixed.

He also wrote the correct filter size and where to install it on the system itself so we would always buy the right size. I can’t brag enough about the great service!
