I had Angler Heating and Air come out for a system replacement quote as part of a six company, three day period. After hearing my story, the appraiser (and the owner!) ask me if it was ok for one of his techs could come by. Said just didn't sound right.

I said sure since he said it would be a cursory check and not be charged. No, do not always expect that. LOL :) The tech came by after three companies gave me replacement quotes.

He fixed it in 15 minutes, for a very fair price, and saved me a lot of money. He then took pictures of my prime components and showed/told me how my system has good life in it.

I had a good chat with the owner when he was here. Been working on ACs for almost 50 years. His name is Sonny, and he is a good and honest guy. The Angler tech Chad is top notch.

Thank you Angler. No BS. Up front and honest. You may not like what is wrong with your system, but you will know its the truth. :)

We have purchased 4 units from this company over the years for 4 different residences. We have had no problem with this company, they have been wonderful.

I CALLED IN THE AFTERNOON AROUND 4PM ON A FRIDAY AND HAD A TECHNICIAN AT MY HOUSE THE NEXT MORNING AT 830AM. THE TECH WAS ABOUT 10 MINUTES EARLY. NORMALLY I DONT THINK THEY MAKE SERVICE CALLS THAT FAR AWAY BECUASE I LIVE IN MIDDLEBURG, BUT HE FOUND THE ISSUE QUICKLY AND HAD ME GOING IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. HE DID HOWEVER PERFORM OTHER TEST/CHECKS TO ENSURE THERE WASNT ADDITIONAL CONCERNS THAT MAY HAVE LEAD TO THE FAILED CAPACITOR.

Good people who you can trust to do the job right. They’ve done a whole lot of work for us and I’m grateful to Sonny and his Crew.

Angler Air is professional, fast and efficient. Very fair in all costs. They are the only company you need to contact.

Ryan came out and did an excellent job in fixing our attic venting, went above and beyond! Great service and company, Mr. Elliot was extremely professional as well

This place is awesome! I called Sunday evening and they were out Monday morning to fix my heat. Everyone that I have talked to there is kind and professional. They have no difficulty answering any of the questions that I have. Best of all, our heat is working well and we were reassured that a follow up visit could occur, if needed. This will be the place that I will be calling in the future, no question. Thank you!

It’s great! A new hire by the name of Beau I think. Very well Explained things and was so courteous to me, and my animals. Professional as can be. Wish he could have been my salesman just kidding lol!! He knew all ends of the trade. Informative. Couldn’t believe it was only his 3 or 4th day!!

Terrific service! Called yesterday and installed a new system today. Very nice and friendly people, efficient, explained the warranty and how to activate it. Said to call anytime if we ever have problem. System is working like a dream.

Highly recommend this company!We had an emergency and they responded very quickly to solve our problem.Zach and Christian were very professional,precise,and corrected the issue immediately. They went above and beyond even down to leaving the area presentable and spotlessly clean,I can not overstate the quality and thoroughness in their work,I would recommend them anytime I can!

Needed someone to do a repair on our Hood Exhaust. Kitchen was getting hotter than normal. Was recommended Angler through HOODZ who provides our cleaning service. Spoke to a gentleman named Steven. He moved jobs around to accommodate me and had Chad here within 2 hours. Chad confirmed that the motor was bad and needed to be replaced. Said it maybe later in the week but let make some phone calls. 30 minutes later said there is one in stock about a hours drive from here. I said yes and he said I’ll have done by the end of the Day. Made our kitchen crew very happy! Will definitely be using Angler in the future.

Our Ac/Hesting system wouldn't turn on during the recent cold front. We were referred to the team at Angler, and what can I say? They were punctual, informative, courteous, and professional. They were able to identify and fix the problem. Kudos to Steven and Joshua for their time and effort in helping our family. We will be recommending them to everyone in the Jacksonville area.

One of the best Heating and air companies in Florida, they go out of their way to make things right! The work they did at the Saint downtown st Augustine was immaculate! Paul Beau Ryan Brandon Zakk and Cameron were awesome techs and informed me of what needed to be done and saved me money when other companies tried to lie about the problem! The owner Sunny is super nice and cares Aboit he community ! If you have hvac needs, this company is it and they will work father out of town than most companies will. Hook up with ANGLER heating and air! you’ll feel in the best deal around and trustworthy workers that treat property with care! Installed a new unit and walked away saving hundreds of dollars! Also great with my dog smoke a puppy! Done in a timely matter!!! I love I’m now HOOOKED up with best AC company in North Florida easily !

One word: PATHETIC!!!! I have called to set up an appointment to fix my air conditioning for WEEKS and these incompetent morons always have some excuse as to why they couldn't come out or why they failed to call me back. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT contact these people.

You’ll see these guys driving down butler going 60 in the fast lane because whoever is driving is texting all the way from 95 to Kernan

Messed up my entire AC unit had to get a new company to come out and install an entire new system… drove like a jerk through my neighborhood. Upset a few of my neighbors. Don’t hire this company.

Not sure about their actual service but based on their road rage I'm guessing not good service either. I was sitting at an intersection turning left, while yielding at a green light to oncoming traffic this van behind me begins laying on it's horn. I could not turn left due to cars coming through the intersection. Apparently the drive of this Angler Air Conditioning & Heating van thought otherwise. Once I got turned, the driver was sure to stare me down and honk as he passed. Not a good impression for a business!

Owner almost ran me over with my two kids in the car. Was in traffic on Atlantic blvd and there was an accident and I had to merge over put my blinkers on he refuse to let me over even though I was running out of road and police were blocking my side of road, driver almost ran me over in my car with my two small children, refused to let me over. Was inches away from hitting my car. When I call to let him know that was dangerous and that I had to small kids in the car he started going off. He has other reviews with similar actions. Based on that I highly doubt service is great dosen’t seem like a people friendly company

Called to inquire about servicing our hoods for a heating error. Immediately said we needed to call who installed it. The tone was rude and non willingness to help was unprofessional.
