Vitality did a fantastic job, very thorough and polite! I’m very grateful to him as he found a clog and was able to clean it and prevent further damage from happening to the AC system. Avalon and Vitali are incredible, I highly recommend!

These guys were absolutely exceptional. Bernaldo came early and stayed all the way until the job was done. Even provided a space heater until our heat was repaired to keep the house warm. Couldn’t be happier. USE THESE GUYS WHEN AN EMERGENCY HAPPENS. Bernaldo is the best!

Vadim was very thorough and informative with our continued monthly maintenance for our System Maintenance. He also notified my our blue light was nearing expiration. He is replacing that later the same day.

Bernaldo Noa and andrii did an amazing job ! They were very knowledgeable, Andrii was able to immediately diagnose the problem, speak to the company and order the parts. Together Bernaldo and Andrii tackled a big problem, fixed it braving the cold. Very pleased! Highly recommended!!!

We just moved to East Arlington and our condo has a 2 year old Trane unit. We live near Paul, a service person for Avalon and through him learned of the Annual Maintenance program Avalon has. We signed up for it and Mike serviced the unit the first time. Mike did excellent work. He is very attentive and quite knowledgeable regarding the unit. Thanks!!

Been using Avalon Air for over 10 years for maintenance and anytime I have a problem they make room to get it fixed quickly. Ivan A came today and did a thorough check and talked with me about tips I can do in between maintenance appointments. Very helpful and easy to do. They remember to call me to schedule my services so I don’t forget twice a year.

If you need a reliable professional for AC inspections, Ivan A is your guy. He recently completed an electrical inspection of our cooling units and his expertise was evident from the start. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such great communication. He’s honest, hardworking, and provided great peace of mind regarding our home’s electrical safety. Five stars!

I'm incredibly grateful for Aaron Seiger for his professionalism and his in dept knowledge of his craft. He arrived quickly, and provided a honest and timely assessment of my system. The prices he quoted me were extremely fair and I felt no "high pressure sales tactics" which I greatly appreciated.

We have used Avalon both in our current residence and on a renovation we are doing. Our GC recommended them and we have been very pleased with their service and pricing! Vadim was very helpful, offering us several options with both servicing and replacing an older unit.
