After asking a few questions Carlos was able to help me by Email putting my order together in a timely matter.A few products I got were wrong and he switched them out with no problems.Thank you and your team.

I want to give 5 star to that guy in the counter who assisted me earlier, he very helpful and so much knowledgeable in all the products that they have. I was really satisfied overall customer service is awesome! Keep it up! I'll surely going back there when I need something for HVAC, electrical and other stuff. Thank you!

I have never encountered such a bad attitude Carlos is an irresponsible person who always prevents us from buying things in a store disrespectful and speaks badly to his customers be careful to buy from him he does not deserve to receive our money !!!!

There was one very kind & knowledgeable associate behind the counter that assisted me at the EMERSON ST store. However the other unprofessional inconsiderate associate that decided to butt in and question my qualifications in order to purchase something at this store while I was in company uniform & in my company vehicle & after verification of my company’s existing contract with Baker. Ruined it for my company & myself. This person’s professionalism , respectfulness & courtesy is at an all time low. He started to give me a full dissertation and group of analogies of how someone could purchase their products but not be qualified to install or repair them. My first knee jerk reaction was to cause a scene & tell this person about their self. But I refrained & I walked out to take my business elsewhere. I will see that my company also chooses elsewhere to do their business. Always be respectful & kind to others
