Need an amazing AC and HVAC company? ⬇️

We just had Bold City Heating and Air at our home yesterday. We use them for the maintenance on our AC unit. They did an HVAC cleaning for us and were reasonably priced. I love the smell of fresh clean air in the house! These 2 gentlemen were so nice, professional and meticulous with their clean up. Solid experience. Interested?? Call and request Dawson and Johnny!

The AC tech Dawson Crosby was amazing.. Explain every process from step one to the end. And made sure we understand that was going on with our unit. I definitely will refer Dawson to be your technical 💯

Our service technician, Jacob Schmidt, was exceptional! He was friendly, courteous and professional while performing a thorough and excellent job. He was very informative and provided precise and valuable information.

I cannot say enough to express how happy I am I decided to go with Bold City for my new central unit install. I got three estimates from the highest rated companies in my area. I thought I had already made my mind up to go with another company, but after the first 10 minutes into my estimate I knew without a doubt that going with anyone else would be the wrong move. From start to finish the experience was perfect. The estimate was not rushed and he took the time to check out everything that would maximize my new unit. They were the only company I talked to that wanted to do the job right by matching my return ventilation to the new unit instead of just slapping a new one in place of my old one. Pricing was better than the other two companies that were not even going to install it right. Trevor, Brad, RT, and Jared showed up at my house when they were scheduled to be there and got straight to work. They kept everything clean along the way and were both professional and friendly. I am very picky about quality of work and everything was done to the highest of standards. It's been about three weeks and the heating and cooling difference is amazing. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs that need to be done right.

Derrick from bold city air-conditioning was absolutely fabulous on time and did a great job and was very thorough and showing me things that could potentially go wrong. I will call them again and again and again excellent service.

This was my first time using Bold City and it was really great! Derek the technician was fantastic and the work was done perfectly and for a fair price. I'm glad that Bold City is now our Go to A/C company.
Thank you guys for your great service and awesome employees. Hopefully we'll see Derrick sometime soon.

Just had Bold City put in a new Carrier Infinity unit. R.T. and Seth did a fantastic job and walked me through all the bells and whistles. Also thankful for Cannon and Trent who came out and tackled cleaning our air ducts which was no easy task. Lastly, big thanks to Ryan who sold us the unit. Super great guy who tells it to you straight and was super knowledgeable. Love supporting local companies especially when they are hard working, friendly, and honest people. Thanks guys!

I've used Bold City Heating and Air for several years and have always had a great experience. Edwin Aviles is my technician and does excellent work. He’s honest, explains what needs to be done, and always provides clear pricing. I really trust him and the Bold City team — highly recommend!

We had a new tech (Where'd you go Edwin) for our semiannual cleaning. He called himself Coupon Cannon. As always it was the same great service you expect from Bold City and we are finally getting the ducts cleaned thanks to a great price. Thank you for the great service!

Derek Kruse was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He did a great job troubleshooting through some home infrastructure issues that initially prevented repairs. It was thoughtful of him to make the hole on the ceiling inside the HVAC closet instead of outside to access what needed repairs lol. Derek explained the problems and solutions clearly, and thanks to his work, we finally have air flowing through our third floor. We really appreciate his help. Thank you!

Highly recommend Bold City for HVAC work. Decided to replace my 4ton carrier system in my house and Bold City, in my opinion, had the best offer and a competitive price compared to the other companies I received quotes from. Louis provided detailed quotes on a number of systems/options for our needs and answered all my questions. He even sent someone out to confirm that the system was compatible with the ductwork in the home and there was enough return air volume. RT and Cannon did a great job installing the condenser, unit in the house, damper motors, control board, and thermostats. Our dog Frank even had a blast and got some play time!

These guys are absolutely amazing! I had my previous AC go out after Helen came by in Jax and I had to change the entire unit from how bad the previous one was damaged. I spoke with 7-9 other companies in the area but ultimately decided to go with Bold city because they gave me the best price for the Unit I wanted. They walked me through the different types of AC units, costs, and answered all my questions with clarity. You will get no run arounds or corners cut with these guys! They had the new unit installed in one day with no problems! I had an inspector come in after the installation to check and see if the new unit was installed properly and he said that is the best job he has ever seen. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to go with Bold City, these guys are the best!

Everyone I spoke with and worked with were very professional, personable and honest. Cannon came to asses the issue with my unit. He was quick and thorough. He was very good about explaining my options.
Dawson and his crew came out to replace my unit shortly after. They made quick work of the removal and replacement unit. They were funny, nice and worked very cleanly. Definitely would recommend.

We needed some major duct cleaning here at our two story facility. We also needed all of our supply and return grills changed out (75-100 pieces). The team knew it would be a task so they were sure to show up with enough guys to get the job done in a timely fashion. They were on time both days and worked consistent until the job was completed. They were all professional with a great sense of humor (which we love). If we had any questions throughout the process they were always able to give us an answer. The morning following the work being done, we received numerous compliments from our personnel about how much of a difference they noticed in the air. The smell and the feel of the air was cleaner. We had 4 companies came to our house & gave us estimates. We chose Bold City because of the following reasons: First: It was highly recommended by the 2 AC technicians that my husband & I know & trust. Second: We were impressed with the reviews on Google & of course a family-owned company. Third: When Project Manager Ryan Clark came, he impressed us when he took an extra step that showed his genuine care & concern which the other companies did not. He also explained in detail what the company was offering. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable & trustworthy. Last but not the least. They gave us a price that is within our budget, no hidden costs.
We also want to commend the excellent work of the 2 technicians Josie Tejada & Johnny Garcia. They took time & effort to make sure they would deliver the best installations, testings & clean ups. They explained to me maintenance, thermostat adjustments, and some other relevant stuff that I needed to know. They’re very confident in what they do, highly skilled, respectful & friendly.

I just got a new AC unit installed. The entire process has been so smooth. From booking the appointment to installation. Cannon and Dawson were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind. I had to work so my mom was there while the unit was installed. They were so helpful and answered all her questions. Truly the best customer service experience we’ve had!

Jacob is so nice to work with - he is respectful, listens intently, and works hard to solve any problems that we may have about our HVAC. He is knowledgeable but not pushy. I would be thrilled if he is our technician every time.

Solid work, very thorough. Took it all apart and cleaned every inch. They installed my system 8 months ago and it has been running beautifully. The guys are nice and punctual.
