Initially, I decided to use this business due to being close by (Northside) and a small business owner. I had them repair a bad install from someone else many years ago.

It has been several years that I have been using Browning's Air and they always do quality work. A recent replacement of a capacitor brought my system back to normal. Highly recommend them.

John and the whole crew are amazing. Even when there is a massive need due to the extreme heat and storms, they are always first class, friendly, very knowledgeable and never over charge. I can't say enough good about this team. They truly care about their customers and neighbors. My wife was home alone when they showed up, unfortunately I couldn't get out of work. They treated her very kindly and made her feel at ease with them there. Thank you for taking excellent care of my family.

This company over charged me by $200. I was given a final amount of $600 by the technician and once the work was completed, they charge my CC $800. I have been leaving messages since December to try and get this straightened out and no one has called me back. Horrible customer service.
