Great experience upgrading a residential 1” A/C filter to a 4” Pure Air system
The technicians were knowledgeable, neat, considerate, eager to every question.

AC quit working after hours and gave them a call. Chiller Medic was super responsive and came out within a hour and had us up and running shortly after. The technician DJ was very informative and let us know the part was still under warranty. Very progressional and great service! Thank you!

Called on a Sunday afternoon because our A/C was blowing warm air. Tony arranged for a technician to be at our house at 8 am the next day (Monday). Not surprisingly, our 17-yr-old system could not be repaired. They gave us a replacement estimate (very reasonable, and a Trane, no less) and we were able to make an appointment for them to replace the system the next afternoon (Tuesday). By 7 pm Tuesday, we had cold air! Crew was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Our A/C decided to stop working on a 100 degree week on a Friday night. Called and spoke with one of the on-call gentlemen and he came to the rescue. Bot pushy at all, in fact extremely helpful and mindful, he helped get our A/C working again. I could not be more grateful for their help. 🙏🏼 They have earned my business from here on out! I called to have mv HVAC looked at. I was concerned there could maybe be an issue, even though it's been so hot lately. Within an hour, DJ, the tech was sent to our house. He worked tirelessly to try and solve our issue, but ultimately determined everything is functioning as expected.

DJ was patient, did a wonderful job answering my questions and educating me, and was one of the most professional people I've ever had the fortune to work with.

I will never contact any other company.

Chiller Medic is the best!

We were having $500 JEA bills after our landlord replaced a broken AC unit. After having his guy come out only to say nothing was wrong with it, my roommate and I had Greg from Chiller Medic come out to look at it. He saw that it was pulling more electricity than it should have and fixed what was broken with the system. He even waited for us to get our landlord on the phone to confirm the repair. Very patient and professional. I would highly recommend.

Greg was awesome. He was able to get my part that day and install it. Very respectful and explained everything well.

I requested an appointment in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in later that evening. The guys came in and had the house cooling down within about 20 minutes. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with. No pushy sales tactics. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
