We have been using McGowan heating and air for HVAC maintenance and other items for the past four years and couldn’t be happier! Their crew has been wonderful, especially and Connor and David. They have done a great job recently with our ductwork. It looks great and works great! Also, Chris is always responsive when it comes to installations and always makes sure the job is done right and the customer is happy. Thank you !

DelAir sold me and installed an AC unit in July 2020. Motor Module stopped working. I've had three days without AC in this Florida heat. But today Supervisor Maxx Moss called me and said he would help me. He did, he sent me to the most polite, efficient, professional AC Technician, his name is William Maloney. I will never forget this gentleman. He not only did an excellent job, he also advised me and explained the problem in detail. Thank you DelAir for your excellent service and for having staff like William Maloney.

Jack the sales contact and Fransico the lead installer were both very professional and competent. A/C went out in my rental house the soonest I could get one installed in Palm Coast was 10 days. I made a deal with McGowens at 2:00 and they were there at 9:30 the next morning. Accedently picked up the wrong size Hurricane pad I called Jack truck pulled up 90 minutes later with the right size in and out in 4 1/2 hours. Great experience highly recommend them. Really nice looking installation very clean

Wayne Rogers came to our home. He was polite, patient, and professional. He explained what he was going to do for our 2 Daikin units and was thorough with the service. I highly recommend him with any issues you experience or just maintenance on the unit(s).

Technician Robert, came today to perform periodic service on our HVAC. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Any question I asked he knew the answer. He also gave us some recommendations as how to extend the life of our unit. We have a service contract and it’s well worth the money!!

McGowan employee, Mr. Devante arrived in a timely manner an introduced himself And explained the purpose of his visit he was courteous and professional at showing me hands on exactly what he was doing and gave me tips on filter type and replacement location to also help in keeping the system running energy efficiently

WAYNE COOPER is our requested air conditioner technician. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, organized and very courteous. He possesses an innate ability to explain the inner workings of the air conditioning system to those who know nothing about ac. All in all a 5 star rating doesn't seem enough

Wayne Cooper was at my house to do some work on my a/c. He is very professional and did the work that needed on a timely basis. He explained what had to be done in English and how long it would take. I would use him again in the future if I need.

Wayne is our go to guy when it comes to all of our HVAC problems, concerns, needs, etc. He is always on-time, patient when explaining a problem and knowledgeable. Most importantly, Wayne is an expert and we totally trust him to fix problems without upcharging or inventing problems where there are none (yes, I experienced such unethical practices with another local HVAC company that will remain nameless). Simply stated, Wayne is the BEST and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family, friends or neighbors.
