I'm a tech in a different city with rental property in Jacksonville. Did a good job at a very fair price on an install they did for me. Had a good service call too. So far so good! My first call for HVAC in Jax.

I could not have made a better decision than to go with Florida Air Flow Heating & Air. They replaced my a/c unit inside and out. Aldi and his team were very professional, neat, and considerate of how this job went with the challenges of this installation. I highly recommend giving them add an opportunity to take a look at your a/c needs if you’re considering air conditioning work.

I highly recommend this company! I first reached out based on a neighbor’s recommendation after a DIY thermostat installation went wrong and blew my AC fuse. Within an hour of calling, Aldi arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, and professionally installed the new thermostat. He also took the time to explain what went wrong, walked me through best practices with the new thermostat (nest) and shared helpful maintenance tips to keep my unit running efficiently.

Since I had recently moved in and wasn’t sure when the unit was last serviced, I also scheduled a full AC service about a week later. He arrived right on time. He confirmed that a service was definitely overdue. The entire experience both times was prompt, professional, and informative. I’ll absolutely be using this company again for any future AC needs. Highly recommend.

Came out to look at the problem right away, didn’t charge an extra fee for same day service. Diagnosed the (non) issue. He could have said something was wrong with the unit when there wasn’t.

I don't know where to start with our praise for the exceptional customer service we received from Mr. Aldi at Florida Air Flow. So let me just use bullet points: same day service, very knowledgeable, a quick and honest assessment of the problem, excellent pricing, shows concern for the customers satisfaction instead of trying to get you to pay for something you don't need, and he's a genuinely nice person. Florida Air Flow is our "go to" company for all things air and heat related. We have referred them to everyone we know who needs this type of service. No one ever wants to have to call for service. However, it's nice to know if you call this company that you will receive excellent service.

Aldi is the man!….I originally had another company come out and they misdiagnosed my system and made it even worse than before. He resurrected my system and got it blowing ice cold air within minutes. If Florida Airflow isn’t your first call, I promise it will be your second!

Efficient, effective and a professional. Same-day appointment and diagnosed problem quickly. AC would cool but when peak of the day with hit, it would stop. 5/19/25 came to my home, found out that the compressor had a leak. Realize it was still under warranty so they called to procured the part. Could not get it the item on the same day. So the morning of 5/20/25, they we're in and out in less than 2 hours. I haven't had a problem since. If I have any further issues, I will definitely call.

Thermostat went out / lost power roughly 3:00 a.m. I woke up to 63°.
Called and spoke with them.
Couldn't give them a specific time to come by because we all have to work.
Give me a call about 1.5 hours later, came to the house and in and out in 15 minutes. WOW!

They were available immediately. Aldi was great, even arrived a little early. He had my AC up an running very shortly after, described the repair and offered insight about my system. The price for the replacement part and installation was very reasonable. I strongly recommend Florida Air Flow Heating & Air and will use them next time.

Came at night, no extra charges. It was a simple fix and he gave me a simple and fair price. Great work, friendly service, highly recommended. Will definitely use again!

Technician came on time and had the problem diagnosed as soon as he got the top off. He told us the issue, then the cost; which we approved the cost and he began his work. Great Job!!!!!

Aldi came out on short notice and on a weekend. He figured out a problem that I had overlooked almost immediately. Fixed the issue quickly and took time to check my system and tell me how to prevent further issues. And his prices were super reasonable. If I could give 10 stars I would. Do not hesitate to call.

Aldi was both consistent and helpful in making me understand the issue with my AC system. He and his assistant were professional, and friendly. His pricing was fair and all inclusive. He showed up on time, was neat and completed the repair timely. I highly recommend him!!!

Aldi is quick, responsive and fair. AC went out on a 100 degree day and they had it up and running within one hour of my call on a Saturday! Customer for life.
