Tech was very professional, kind, and efficient! We couldn’t have been more pleased with his assessment and service!! Even more amazing is that we got the Lowe’s $8.88 Black Friday special!!!

My salesperson Rick, was very respectful, knowledgeable and explained everything about the system. The next day, the installers were very courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up behind themselves. I would highly recommend Florida Home AC

Hotwater heaters are a pain when they go out... instead of car parts, I got to spend money to take care of the family. These guys were professional and reasonably priced. Jim (our installer) was very polite, extremely knowledgeable, and very meticulous with his work. Great job guys!!!

Jim came to replace our gas water heater. Jim explained how everything worked and described the different water heaters on the market just in case for the future. Showed me how to conduct maintenance required twice a year. Learned how water heaters work. Great professional service, great personality. Thank you Florida Home.

The blower motor went out. The part was ordered. As soon as it came in; I was informed that a technician would be out right away to replace the old one. This repair was completed very fast. Job well done. Thank you Florida Home!

Very knowledgeable technician, timely, professional and had me involved and interested in what he was doing; personable, friendly 👏 😀, etc., even changed my b filter while he here showing me the correct way to slide the filter in slot. So glad I had new filters on hand or I would not have been able to😅 keep up with this Technician 🙃 🤗

Ian probably misspelled his name was very professional and courteous to my home. He explained the problem..and gave me tips to use in the future..Would definitely recommend and hopefully I won't need their service anytime soon but if I need heat or A/C service will definitely use them again

Jim did a wonderful job installing our hot water heater. He explained everything as he went along, was very pleasant, and cleaned the area nicely. He stayed to make sure that there were no leaks, left us photos and contact and warranty information. All in all an A+.

Knowledgeable and polite tech. Took the time to answer my questions and showed me examples of equipment to improve the longevity of my system. Felt completely safe letting him into my home.

Chris has came out and serviced my unit many times whether It has been him or someone else, I have experienced nothing but punctual, professional and kind service personal… I highly recommend this company and I have to,to many people ,we have been using them for over 12 years and have been extremely satisfied as our system is getting older and we are probably gonna need to replace it soon, they don’t push me into any products or services. They just advise what I should do and offer alternatives as well, such as cleaning coils/other repairs instead of a full replacement… And let me make a decision from there. We will definitely be using their service in the future as well. I wish every company that I dealt with that does repairs in my home was a well oiled machine, such as Florida home and air

Our Service Tech was Chris. We couldn't have asked for a better technician! Chris was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. He was very prompt to arrive at our home. Chris was very courteous and patient with us and our questions. Very pleased with the service he provided to get our A/C up running properly again! Mr Williams was a perfect gentleman and knowledgeable in his trade. I would be happy to use Florida Home Air Conditioning in the future. He answered all my questions and talked to me about my unit like he really cared what I needed in the future.

Florida home air conditioning is a great for your home care. Luis ( technician) is a great asset to the company. Always helpful and very informative with any questions you may have about your ac.

Edwin was great and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC unit quickly after tests ran. He walked me through the issues that I was having. Answered any questions I had; which also (I'm sure) explained my high Clay County electrical bill. SMH. Cannot wait to see the difference. It feels so great in my home. Wish I called Florida Home sooner. Great customer service when I called. Thank you so much!

Lowes is/ was offering a tune up special that a Lowes employee told us about for $29. JD was our technician who went over both inside and outside units . He really explained how the units work and the current condition of each part. JD was very professional and knowledgeable. We now have a detailed print out of the condition of our unit and what might need to be replaced. Thanks JD!

Our tech Ian was great. He did our entire tuneup showed me pictures of every part of the inside and outside units. explained everything answered all of our questions. Highly recommend him

Had maintenance done today by Edwin and he is great! He is the most thorough technician I have ever had at my residence. Explained everything he did in detail and also made suggestions on how to improve the longevity and functionality of my HVAC system. Wish he could handle ALL my maintenance checks.

The employees of this company are always so professional, friendly, and educating when they come to service my HVAC. I belong to the pro service plan the elite plan, which is easy and they remind me of seasonal cleanings. Thank you, Jerry who serviced me this time you're fantastic.

Florida Home Air Conditioning did a wonderful job for me. For the last three times I have contacted my Home Warranty company to fix my air conditioning system, they have flushed the drain and finally the last tech said it needed Freon which didn’t even work. He then told me I needed to replace my system. He suggested that his manager could meet me and quoted me a cost of $10,000 more or less.So, I called my warranty provider later that day and they said they hadn’t received the report from the service technician . Shortly after that I called a few companies to have them come out to check out my system. When Florida Home came out they told me the same thing and more. The next day I called my warranty company and they first told me was my claim was closed. When I told them what the technician had told about my unit they escalated me to another department and waived two months future payment and said they would wait until they received the report from the contractor.Now I a very frustrated, Florida Home told me that I did need a new unit and explained everything that was wrong with my 14 year old unit.After spending a few hours with me, I was convinced that my warranty company was given me the run around. After all this was my third service call in a few months.Thanks to Jonathan Cross, and the technicians, Zaza and Justin going over everything with me. I realize that they were honest and professional. They were clean and informative. I am very thankful and would recommend them 100% to all my friends and family!
