I cannot recommend this company enough! I did a lot of research and called numerous different companies before choosing Ideal conditions because my husband is on deployment and I really had no idea what needed to be done. When they did the initial quote the guy was very informative and even spoke with my husband over the phone to explain that we needed an entirely new unit. After choosing them, they were out here the next business day and spent all day making sure everything was done correctly. Even after spending over 8 hours here the 3 gentleman offered to help jumpstart my husband's truck because the battery died. Their employees are amazing and the unit they installed looks and works great!

We are absolutely delighted, right from Seth coming out in the middle of a monsoon, to Austin coaching us with the features of the new system.

Austin and Brice were here throughout, with Colt and Sean helping when it made sense. It was a very smooth process.

They were safe, and they cleaned the construction site and hauled the debris away.

PS, we have a 2 zone Daikin DH7 heat pump. House temperature is noticeably more stable than the older Daikin it replaced. It's a very good system.

Our Church had air conditioning issue urgently. Called to Ideal Condition, Mike has responded promptly and received the service perfectly. Not just system back on, he provided quality service and explanation for the year maintenance program, which is what we are looking for. Overall, it was awesome experience. Got an outrageous quote from a competitor and it didn’t feel right so my neighbor referred me to Ideal to have them come out for a second opinion. Ideal quoted the same job at a fraction of the cost. Ideal started working the literal next morning and additional hurdles popped up. The didn’t quit or let it slow them down, they stayed until 1am, went way above and beyond to replace the entire system and make sure I was taken care of. Even with the extra labor and parts, Ideal held firm to their initial quote. The owner himself came out and helped finish the job to make sure it was top quality work. Very satisfied, would highly recommend.

We just had our unit installed by Kevin Barrozo and Chris Hand. They were very professional and did a great job! I have always been treated very well by this company and have never had any complaints.

Booked 3pm-6pm appointment online for the same day, and our tech, Ethan Massey, arrived promptly. He was very respectful, went right to work, checked everything, very detail oriented, very knowledgeable, explained things very well in a way we can understand, and made helpful suggestions. We will be doing all our AC work with them from now on including maintenance and duct cleaning! Bonus that this is a Veteran owned company that supports other Veterans as well, so support all the way!

Chris Hands was amazing today, just as he has been for previous service calls. He got me squared away in less than an hour, then got me set up for the silver maintenance plan...all in the rain! Professional, pleasant, informative. Thank you!

Kevin was extremely thorough and helpful. I had been through 3 different technicians from other companies and he was the only one to identify my drain pan was cracked and completely rehab the damage since the part was no longer able to be replaced. He was extremely helpful in my time of distress. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have experienced the best service from Ideal Conditions over any other air conditioner service company we have worked with! We have been loyal customers for years because of their professionalism, knowledge and quick responsiveness. I say they because I am referring to multiple people that I have interacted with over the years. Our previous unit lived its life and needed to be replaced. We had the new one installed by this company. It has been working great for years. The builder of the house made the access point to the attic very inconvenient in a closet. They built a much better access spot & it is works much better! We recommended Ideal Conditions when my parents-in-law needed a new unit & they have been loyal customers for years too!

Update: I had another company give me scare tactics about my AC unit under the guise of free cleaning for customer appreciation. They told me a bunch of things that could be taken care of between $391 to $4800 for different options. After that experience, Ideal Conditions was called, the unit was inspected, no issues were present. The education was given on the best MERV ratings to use to not restrict air flow (8-11 is the sweet spot) 13 that I was using was too restrictive and portable dehumidifiers in the house will bring down the excess moisture in the house which will help the AC run more efficiently.

Ethan Massey is an hardworking and very dependable tech. He was absolutely fantastic. He made everything simple and had everything laid out and worked very efficiently. He did not leave until he could confirm himself that everything was in a working order then calling back a few days later to follow up. I will be contacting him again in the future!

We just signed up with Ideal Conditions on Monday, a veteran-owned business. I’m a veteran, so I appreciate that. From the get go, the initial phone call with Alyssa was a pleasure. We knew we chose the right company to service our HVAC units. And we didn’t have to wait. She was able to schedule our first service call for today. Our technician, Chris Hand, spent more time here than the two previous companies we had. And he explained everything he was seeing and what he was doing. A first for us. The other two were in and out in less than an hour. From Chris’s work, we were able to actually see that the other two companies were ripping us off!!! We just want to thank Chris and Alyssa for the A++, 5-star service! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I had my 6 month ac check today and as usual received excellent service. Calling Ideal Conditions 2 yrs ago was an excellent decision. Their technicians are always professional and so kind. But I really want to call out the guy's that were here today Jacob Shaw and the gentleman that was with him. Sorry to say I have forgotten his name. When they finished the weather was awful with lots of lightening. I suggested they wait until the weather improved which they accepted. We had coffee and conversation while waiting. I can say without a doubt this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Thank you Ideal Conditions for hiring such exceptional people. Can I have these guys again in 6 most, please.

Tom responded to our initial call and was very thorough and knowledgeable about the whole process and dealing with insurance. We had a new unit installed inside and out and couldn’t be happier with the work by all the techs who came out. Everyone we spoke to in person and on the phone had exceptional customer service. If you are looking for a great and honest company these are your guys, hands down the best!!! Thank you all!

Had two AMAZING technicians come and complete our air duct cleaning service today. Kevin and Robert are top notch and they did not disappoint. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The service on the ducts was great too! Super proud to be a customer for over 5 years. They have taken care of all the heating and cooling needs of our home and office. Thank you Ideal Conditions! I purchased a complete HVAC system from Ideal Conditions last year. Good prices! I am completely satisfied with my purchase and equipment performance. Very happy with the positive responses I've had with the company. Tom, the owner, even made a courtesy call after my purchase to address any concerns. Customer service is excellent, technicians I've met Cody, Brody, Sean and Ethan have all been professional. If you are in the market for a new HVAC system, I highly recommend Ideal Conditions.

Ethan was absolutely incredible! He was honest and straight forward, told us everything we needed to know about our unit and did everything to make sure our unit was running okay. All of the technicians and the maintenance team for this company are great and they do an amazing job every single time!

We had an urgent situation with condensation causing water damage to our plaster ceilings from old ductwork that was probably original to our 1942 Riverside home. We also had two bathroom extractor fans installed. Chris and Cameron came to tear out the old ductwork and replace every bit of it as well as install returns to bring it up to code. They worked their fingers to the bone. They were a great team who knew their stuff and were happy to explain things and answer questions along the way.

We've struggled with our AC unit and ductwork for a while now and finding a competent company has been very difficult. It feels like everyone is out to fleece you, especially these days with things costing so much. We had a couple of other companies come out for quotes and do various gimmicky things to try and push a hard sell, like thermal imaging and reporting various measurements and gauges that weren't really important but would look concerning to an unsuspecting owner looking to get things done in their home.

When Ideal Conditions came out, they skipped all that gimmicky stuff and from the beginning seemed to be competent and honest. While they weren't the cheapest of all the quotes I got, nor were they the most expensive by far. It was worth the little bit of extra money because we felt like they were particularly good at ductwork and not just a company that mostly services and sells AC units and does some ductwork on the side. For Chris and Cameron's hard work, our home got a 97.5% airflow rating, which was simply incredible. Prior to this, we could barely feel any airflow out of our 2-stage unit which was working so hard to try and push air through the old ductwork.

Ductwork is one of those things where sometimes it's difficult to know what results you're getting as a homeowner. You don't encounter it or think about it much, and you don't really see it day-to-day. But our home is now a literal refrigerator with MASSIVE air flow like we've never seen before - we're going to have to turn our thermostat up quite a few degrees from before this work was done, and we're sure that's going to translate to savings on our energy bills.

Ideal Conditions also brought out a team to install and wire the bathroom extractor fans, and we couldn't have been happier with the job they performed too. It'll be nice to have dry bathrooms and not have to run fans every time we shower to keep mildew away!

Thank you so very much to Chris and Cameron at Ideal Conditions for their hard work and expertise. It really meant a lot. We've been taken advantage of by poor contractors in the past, and I could tell you guys really knew your stuff and I'm just so happy to have this job done by true professionals. Ideal Connections is worth every single penny. They stuck to their schedule as promised, came out when they said they would, were very communicative, and definitely exceeded expectations. Don't hesitate to use them for your ductwork or other HVAC needs.

Tom was Wonderful. Not only did he resolve the issue. He took his time and explained everything to me in detail, walking me through every step. He didn't talk to me In an arrogant or condescending way. He wasn't annoyed by my questions, and he had genuine answers. Most importantly he wasn't willing to sell me things I didn't need. Best experiance.

Ideal Conditions is amazing, my friend was having issues with his air conditioner and the tech Ethan, was able to fix the issue efficiently. Highly recommend!

Ethan at Ideal Conditions is so knowledgeable! His company has the best trained technicians available, and it really gives me peace of mind knowing the single most important equipment in my home (that makes living in Florida doable) is in great hands!

UPDATE: I have changed my original rating to a 5 star. The owner reached out immediately and came to check on everything himself which. He reassured me that everything was handled and kept their word with the maintenance plan. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure the issue was addressed and done quickly. Great customer service is very hard to come by but they have exceeded even my own expectations. Thank you for making it right! I appreciate you all!

My AC went out on one of the hottest days. I was picking up my kids the next day so I called this company to see if they could check out my unit and see what was wrong so I could get it fixed. A technician named Chris came to my house and looked at my unit and said I had a leak and was low on Freon. He charged me $109 to “diagnose” my unit. Due to the rain that popped up, he didn’t do the leak test to verify that I had a leak. Needless to say, I was unable to pick up my kids because I needed to schedule the leak test. So I decided to get a second opinion because his answers were quite vague and quite frankly, did not give the impression that he really knew what was wrong. Today I had a second company come take a look. Lo and behold, I do not have a leak and I am absolutely not low on Freon, instead it is my fan motor. Times are hard for people right now and I understand that everyone is just trying to support their families, however, to take over $100 and be totally wrong is just disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again and as a City employee, I will not recommend this company to my colleagues. I really did hope my experience would 5 stars like all of these other reviews, but sadly, I was mistaken. I really was hoping for that wonderful experience, I sincerely hope no other individual has an experience like mine where you feel utterly rooked and quite frankly, taken advantage of.
