I have had a fantastic experience with this company. They were the 3rd air conditioning company to check out our system. The technician actually located the problem and was able to fix it. The other 2 companies said that I needed to replace the entire system which was money I didn't have. I'm so grateful for this company and I just want everyone else to know. The night before our baby shower the air conditioning went out. The Saturday morning of we called around to maintenance. One place that will remain nameless, with bad service they will shoot themselves without me bad-mouthing, said they wouldn't help on a weekend without us being a preferred customer.
We then phoned Comfortmasters. My wife informed of the baby shower later in the afternoon and she was already 9 months pregnant. The field supervisor left his day out and brought his family with him to make sure he was here for a pregnant woman to not sit in a non-air conditioned house in the summer in Florida.
It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, but with the quality of people that will do that within an hour for someone in need, I will gladly pay to have those people stay in business. I will use them for any air-conditioning needs for their professional and compassionate response without thinking twice.

These guys gave me the best gift. I own an old home and when it got cold my heat wouldnt work.I have three very young children which are my world. I was worried about how much it was gonna cost me to fix my system. I called this company by luck. they came out the same day and fixed the issue for under $100.00. I feel so blessed. Thank you Comfort Masters so much! When my wife called me and said our a/c had stopped working. I panicked. We have a newborn baby and the summer was just getting started. They had someone out to look at it that same morning. Thankfully, it was able to be fixed which he did so on the spot. I had figured it was going to cost me thousands and thousands of dollars to have it replaced. He was able to buy us some time. I do plan on replacing it in the next few months and I without a doubt will call them again.

I have been a Comfortmasters customer since 2006, when they installed a new system for me that their maintenance program has kept running in top condition for over 11 years. The same technician performs our semiannual service time after time, which says a lot about the way they run their business.

I am the Administrator of a church that has used Comfortmasters for almost ten years to service our HVAC plant. They have always been very responsive and professional. Several years ago we suffered a large copper theft, which destroyed almost all our HVAC capacity. Comfortmasters went out of their way to get us back in operation as soon as possible.

I called for Preventive Maintenance (PM) appointment and was offered date and time that was very convenient for me. The Service Man came a few minutes early, walked up the driveway in a clean and neat uniform which identified him.

His professionalism and personality were both excellent and the PM was performed timely and the next day I received email with his findings and recommendations that we covered briefly the day before. Now I can email my insurance company to get the recommended items fixed. Thanks Comfort Masters!
