Great customer service! Called Jenkins after getting a rediculous quote from another company who also tried to say our unit was out of warranty when we actually still had 3 months. Called Jenkins and they not only verified the our unit WAS still in warranty they also cost half and got it fixed within 3 hours of calling them!! The owner and his daughter both called to speak with me personally to make sure we were getting the best price and service!! The technician, Rick, was fast, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this company!!!! Thank you Jenkins and thank you Rick!!

Keith W. came out for routine maintenance and found we needed a new capacitor. We have a contract with Jenkins so have the units checked, cleaned, and get new boxes of filters every six months. Keith was great! He listened to my concerns and addressed the problem on the spot. Pleasure to work with. It’s reassuring to have this company and great technician available to help when needed. Highly recommend.

My experience with Jenkins Hearing & Air is that they have always been on schedule and are professional. They come out every six months to look over the system and it’s relatively cheap to pay a small monthly fee for this type of service. They spend an hour or two every six months working and fixing issues before anything major arises (repairs are covered). I cannot think of anything negative to say. Even the customer service area is friendly and helpful. They seem to care and understand how important it is to have your ac unit working properly. I would highly recommended them.

I was so impressed that a live person answered on a Sunday! Then the technician returned my call right away. There was no extra charge for him to come on a Sunday and he showed up within an hour. Unbelievably professional. Rick was courteous, efficient and wore gloves and a mask! There are not enough kind words to express my gratitude. Rick you are amazing. Thank you Jenkins for your professionalism and hiring quality!

I got a text telling me the technician was on his way with an estimated arrival time. Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. He serviced our units and found an issue with one and was able to correct it so the unit will now run more efficient, lowering our electric bill. Wonderful experience!

Jenkins Air installed my unit and I use Jenkins to service my AC. Tech Keith W is outstanding as well is the administrator Amanda. Besides the timely and competent annual service the price value is very fair. You cannot go wrong with Jenkins!

Great response time and quick to fix the problem. Not having AC for even a day matters so appreciate the fix being within 24 hours of the call; especially considering the blower had gone bad and had to be replaced. Also, Tim was very professional. Great Job!

Excellent customer service! I have made the switch to Jenkins AC. I was an existing customer of another company and was told it would be 5 days for a service call. Jenkins came out the same day, was more affordable and fixed the AC quickly. Tim was courteous and explained things thoroughly. Overall, a great experience!

After an extremely high estimate from another company, I contact Jenkins for a second option. I received a call from Mr. Jenkins who gave me a much more affordable estimate to replace the fan in my unit. Adam the technician that came out was punctual, friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with the results! My AC unit is running great thanks to Jenkins. I would highly recommend their services.

Jenkins was very quick and courteous. Their technician was polite, explained things to me and double-checked all possible issues. He wore shoe coverings in my house, which was extremely considerate. I trust the repairs will be handled with equal skill, courtesy and professionalism.

Called on Saturday morning at 830am and received quick schedule with an eta of 1230. Tim was a Great tech and arrived earlier than expected, plus called to let me know he was on way.

The technician, Michael is a 10 stars. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and patient. He explained the problem, how it occurred and the fix. The response time for this company from the time I initiated the call was 2 hours!! Appreciate the speedy service in restoring our A/C on a 98 degree day.

We noticed and issue with our AC unit inside and Jenkins was out the next day. Received messages on when they would arrive and picture of the technician. Tim was friendly and able to fix the issue quickly. Felt like the price was reasonable

Our upstairs unit stopped working and within minutes of me calling in the issue to their office, I received a call from Tim. Tim was courteous and very helpful and had our problem fixed quickly.
