Wayne and Jacob were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! They took the time and were SO thorough with their assessment of our HVAC unit- actually going up into the attic and filming the ductwork- and then explained everything in detail to us. They were knowledgeable and very kind. They spent a ton of time with us answering our many questions. I will most definitely be using them again in the future. *SIX OUT OF FIVE STARS!!!* ✨

Trent came out to fix a leak under a bathroom sink. He was thorough and professional. He took pictures and explained everything he was doing. He was great and we would use him again!

Today, I had my free maintenance plan visit. Jacob the technician was absolutely the BEST! He was very knowledgeable, patient and explained the issues with my AC unit in the most simplest terms. I actually UNDERSTOOD what he showed me. Definitely asking for with my next visit. Although I had some serious issues with my unit, I felt absolutely no pressure. Every option was made available to make my repairs affordable was discussed. They are definitely my go to and I recommend them highly. Thanks Guys!

We had a toilet that needed to be unclogged. Every thing I tried didn’t work. I booked an appointment online, which was super easy! Everyone I dealt with at Lickity Split was awesome! Keisha in the office was very professional and Zach my plumber was the bomb! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Noel was very friendly and knowledgeable about his work. We had an emergency leak and Noel was able to come out late at night, and was still happy, and courteous of our sleeping baby in the house. He got the leak stopped and our water turned back on.

Charles swung by and gave us fantastic (and very fast, we were quite impressed) service that had our water heater working in an amount of time that really could only be described as lickety split. It was much faster and much more effective than I could have expected; and will definitely be adding this company to my list of contacts for all services listed

Fantastic service. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Matthew H was our drain specialist for our clogged main sewer line (don’t use those “flushable” wipes). He came out after hours and was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend

Cameron is amazing and really took the time to check out the issue we were having with uneven cooling in our home- from checking our ac unit in the closet to checking into our attic and checking the unit outside: he was very thorough and kind. Very grateful to him and Lickety Split for taking the time to make sure our home was in shape and following up.

I heard a banging noise & some dripping behind the wall of my kitchen sink. I had called another plumbing company but when I called the next day to CONFIRM my appointment, I was rudely told I was not on their schedule... I was furious! That's when I decided to call Lickety Split to see if they had someone available to help me. They were able to get a couple of plumbers out to me on the same day. Myles and his supervisor showed up. We walked through what I was hearing, checked everything out behind my wall, & I learned that the noise was from air getting into the piping system. Everything turned out OK, I had no major issue to fix. It was so nice to have some technicians show up that truly cared & wanted to help me. Thanks, Lickety Split! Make sure Myles & his supervisor get a free lunch meal over there!

He explain the issue in the best way possible and helped me to understand that it was not just an outlet or switch that is the issue, but explained the importance of getting proper maintenance and replacement for my electrical circuits. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs a simple light switch replacement or needs an entire circuit correction.
