Fast Forward 6 mths later June 2025 a/c did not put out cold air. Ben came took a look gave us several options to fix or replace, explained each one. Very honest up front and decent prices.
Came same morning we needed the service and returned 2 hrs later to repair. No complaints and turn around was unbelievable!

We had not had our a/c serviced in almost two years. Chris from Noble was on time, polite, and explained everything he did and why thoroughly. Very pleased with their service will def be using them in the future !

The overall experience was excellent. The technician, Bryan, knew exactly what he was doing and went right to work. He arrived exactly on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. So far so good! My AC was not blowing cold air so I had someone come out, they told me I needed to replace all of my ductwork.
I got a second opinion because something didn’t feel quite right.
Justin took a look at my system and within a few minutes discovered there was no coolant. He then put some in, heard the leak, then used a soap bubble solution to find where it was exactly.
He was punctual, thorough, and definitely made it easy for me to understand what was happening -from what he was doing/ looking for to what the actual problem was.
I’m looking forward to having him back out to do the actual repair. I already feel exponentially better educated and better taken care of.

*update*
I’ve had the repair done. I stand by what I said; Justin was fantastic. He kept me informed throughout the process, my AC blows mega cold again, he even answered a handful of other questions I had about other house projects and related things.

10/10 would absolutely recommend. These dudes will take care of your AC needs in an honest, thorough, and timely manner 💪🏼

8/22/25 - got an estimate from Noble Air to reroute my bathroom vents in my attic. They came out quickly to do the estimate and the price was fair and reasonable. They were able to schedule to work this week. I love this company. They are so responsive and they care about their customers.

8/6/25 Justin from Noble was here to do the six month maintenance on my HVAC system. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. Fortunately there was nothing wrong with my unit and I’m so glad that Justin let me know. I really appreciate Justin and this company in general. They are honest, reliable, and really know what they are doing.

Update 1/31/25: Noble just finished replacing our ductwork and rebalancing our HVAC system. They did a fantastic job. The price was excellent also. The team was professional and knew exactly what they were doing. There was one minor of miscommunication but as soon as Noble was made aware they took care of it immediately (I misunderstood something). I am so happy with their work and expertise. I’ve found my new HVAC company! Buying a maintenance contract from them also.

Early January 2025: Based on their excellent reviews, I called Noble air for a quote to replace all of my air ducts. Justin scheduled an appointment with me. He was absolutely on time arriving at my house. He was very thorough, explained everything they would do if they won the job, talk to me in a person’s terms so that I understood everything he was saying. On top of that he was super nice. He told me he’s going to work through the numbers after he took videos of the inside of my house, made a drawing, and took measurements. I should expect a quote for this job tomorrow (next day is wonderful). So far I’m very impressed. I hope the price is in line because I would love to use this company.

I received a quick appointment and the repair gentleman was very friendly and efficient and patiently explained the situation and the probable cause. I thought he was very efficient and friendly. The part seem to be overpriced to me.

I called on a Tuesday and they had me squared away in less than 24-hours. Great group to work with.

Saved me on Memorial Day Weekend. Loved working with this company. Our air went out and my property manager called Noble to do the repair. I thought the price was reasonable and although the unit is older, he did not press me to replace like most companies I have worked with in the past. He said “they will always try to fix if they can rather than try to sell a system” which I liked.

They came by at night and stayed until the job was done and just charged me the original quote although they had to put in additional parts. He also cleared out our drain line no charge. Nowadays I am always pleasantly surprised when someone goes above and beyond and give Noble HVAC my highest rating.

Justin, the technician was polite and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained all options. He was good to deal with and I didn't feel like I was being oversold.

I am looking to install a new 5 ton unit. The technician/sales person answered all my questions honestly with sufficient details to help in my buy decision.

Superior service, Justin was awesome, very knowledge. He addressed our issue right away and nailed it!
