Happy With how how they resolved the issue I had with them (I’ve tried everything to remove my last review but they are not showing up in any of my accounts to be able to delete)

It was a good experience despite some initial hiccups. You resolved all the issues and installed a great HVAC unit. All of the installers and technicians were very professional and took their time to test everything to make sure the new unit was running as it suppose to. Thank you.

NorthPort to the rescue! My AC went out on the hottest day of the year so far and these guys responded rapidly! They were thorough, clean, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained their findings and offered more than one solution. There was no sales pressure, they just provided the details so an informed decision could be made. We ultimately replaced the whole system due to age of the existing system and these guys got it done quickly! They also had the best price around! I'm happy to report that my new unit works like a charm, silently and efficiently! I highly recommend NorthPort for any AC or heating needs you might have!

We are extremely grateful for your prompt response to our AC repair Friday evening. We were going into a long weekend with Memorial Day. The technician was clean and neat and promptly fixed our system. Thank you for taking great care of our needs!

They have been servicing my older unit for years, it finally reached the point of replacement. Had the appointment set within a week and both inside and outside units replaced within a 5 hr window. Very quick and efficient. Easy to communicate with. 10/10 would recommend!

This contractor and his crew is amazing. Our AC system had failed and they had a tech out that morning. We were givin affordable options to repair the 16year old system and or doing a complete much needed overhaul. We went with a system replacement and upgrade. The installion crew was meticulous with their attention to detail and care of the property. Friendly, prompt and affordable. I highly recommend them for any heating and air needs.

Really impressed. They did a wonderful job and the installer really knew what he was doing. Plus he was a nice guy. We got a quote from another popular company. They were three times more expensive than these guys.
Our AC died this weekend of course, and Northport was on it with a quickness and thank goodness for that cuz you know, Florida!

The service that we received from NorthPort was top notch! From the moment Alen promptly called me back, to meeting my husband who’s not easy to impress, the level of service and attention to detail was amazing. If you want to work with a truly genuine company who’s out to help you, not gauge you at every chance, I’d strongly recommend you give them a chance. We recently purchased a townhouse in Jacksonville. It has two levels and the upstairs was very uncomfortable while the downstairs was cool.

We called NorthPort, explained the problem, and set up an appointment. A technician, Jon B, came by on schedule and analyzed the problems. He fixed the problem right away but noted that the damper was not working right which was preventing adequate cooling of the 2nd story.

A part was required and a second appointment was made to install the part. In the meantime, the temporary fix worked and the 2nd story became usable right away. On the 2nd visit, we had a new thermostat with wi-fi capability installed as well.

Jon explained the problems he found, answered my questions patiently, and did a great job.

The NorthPort team made it easy to get our HVAC up and running quickly. My initial contact was with Alen S--who provided a quote and suggestions over the phone. He always followed through as promised and made suggestions that made the repair process easier and less expensive.

As a result of this experience , we contracted for a maintenance contract to keep the unit up and running efficiently!

Great team and adapt to your needs. Understand correctly where each vent and return should be placed. Very receptive . Glad to be working with them .

I can’t recommend this company enough! Our house underwent major mold remediation, during the process we did 2 quotes for new AC ducting, when we submitted them to our insurance the adjuster came back and said they all seemed excessively high, they recommend we call North Port for a 3rd quote and to see if the other pricing was fair. I am so grateful that we found them. They saved us several thousands of dollars and were able to start right away! They were by far the best contractors we worked with through the mold process. Everyone was so polite and professional. Alan and his team went above and beyond.

My property management company recommended NorthPort and I am so thankful I called! Chris Flynt was the technician who solved my problem and saved me $1200.00. The company I was using told me I had a slow refrigerant leak, which was not true and wanted $1600.00 to test. I found that unacceptable even after assurances that their best tech to my call.

Had extremely reasonable estimate for installation of complete 3 ton system. The technicians arrived at 9 the next day and finished before 3 extremely professional. And x extremely polite and respectful.
This company is the and one and only I would recommend to anyone I know to have AC. And heating work done.

Excellent experience! To say my new AC had been an issue for a couple of years is an understatement! I had had Snyder out there 4 times and the original company that installed it for the home warranty replacement twice over a 2 year period. No one could figure out the issue or would patch fix it to have it only break a few weeks later. Someone on property suggested NorthPort because they do a lot of AC's for Esplanade. So I gave them a shot. They found the issue and had to replace some major parts. They handled getting the parts through the manufacture warranty so it only cost me labor. AC purrrrs like a kitten and cools the way it should! They are my go to without question for AC/heating system needs.

Our compressor went kaput and my contractor recommended I call North Port. They had the part in stock and had someone out to install it within 24 hrs. This was after we had been waiting with no air con for 5 days for the company we used in the past to get back to us. Needless to say, we will be switching to North Port and using them exclusively moving forward. Highly recommend!

Northport came and installed a new unit and did a duct cleaning for me. Being that my unit is in the garage it is visible to myself and anybody that comes over. The install looks like something you would see in a magazine and I have even got compliments from guests about how awesome of a job they did. My house also breaths better and just even smells cleaner from the duct cleaning. Amazing customer service from the first phone call to the competition of the install. Highly recommend!

Three years ago, my A/C unit was poorly installed by a former neighbor and A/C repairman I'd known for many years. It has been a nightmare from day one. After two previous repairs and a recent 10-day outage, a friend suggested NorthPort Heating and Air Conditioning.
Their team, particularly Toby and Chris, provided efficient and rapid service. Toby scheduled my appointment, and Chris quickly came out and replaced the evaporator coil, restoring my A/C within hours. Unfortunately, another cooling issue emerged the following day. I called Toby, and Chris quickly returned, discovering a ruptured line caused by a poorly brazed joint that was from the initial installation. Chris repaired the leak, and my A/C is now working flawlessly. I can't say enough about this company, they quickly jumped in to help someone in a desperate situation and followed through until the job was done right, even making follow-up phone calls to ensure that I was satisfied with the repairs. They are extremely professional, and the price was right. I highly recommend NorthPort Heating and Air Conditioning. Thank you, Toby & Chris!

Great technician, arrived on time. Very thorough and answered questions. Showed me what was wrong, and fixed the problem. Same day as when I called it in!
