Angel was amazing! He was super friendly and helpful. He got the ac running again and made sure to let us know what was going on and how to make sure the ac unit continued running. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Called the company and amazily they were able to a technician out to my place of business within the hour and get my A/C working again, the technician Roisbel was Awesome and worked out the issue immediately and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it!- this company was hands down the best out there and highly recommended..

Angel is the MAN! He was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. We had been in our new home for about a month when I discovered that the AC worked but the heat didn’t. Same day Angel came out and was able to very quickly diagnosed the issue. In less than an hour he found the problem, completed the proper thermostat and furnace set up that the contractors never did and got the house up to a comfortable temperature. Beyond thankful for their services and would use them again in the future!

Angel came to my house today. He repaired by A/C very quickly a nice guy to chat with very pleasant. after he completed the work. He took my money and left now I’m here at the house broke with icicles on my butt and I refuse to post any pictures of those icicles . 😜😜😜😜😜

I had angel come out to my rental property looked over why my ac was leaking and not cooling the second floor turns out I had the wrong unit for my ac he was very thorough and informative about the steps that would need to be taken made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. He made the experience easy and had a great attitude. Definitely recommend this technician and company

My air conditioner wasn’t working properly, I called one hour air conditioning for same day service. They showed up on time and they were very professional. The technician Angel Guardado did all the tests needed and found out we needed refrigerant. I’m super satisfied with their service.

I called them when I came home from a long day and my AC was out. Living in florida, that could be quite the emergency so I called them. They came out within a couple of hours and had me fixed in minutes. Very happy with my service

We recently had Efrain Jr as our technician who came out to our home. He called ahead of time to let us know approximate time he would arrive. He arrived when expected. Efrain Jr was courteous and professional and honest. He put on shoe covers before entering our home. Our call was for a spring tune up/maintenance. Everything is working fine with the unit. He recommended or suggested some items but there was no pressure from him. He gave us a choice. An example he suggested a hard start kit for $401.00. There were two other suggestions of $1500.00 each. A bit pricey for us. We declined.

Angel provided excellent service! It was so easy to make my appointment, prices are fair, and you can trust their his advice! Great experience 10/10 recommend!

Junior and Priscilla were amazing on my service call today. They were polite and thorough with the inspection of my unit and very helpful in letting me know what they found. They took great care to let me know the best way to save money on repairs later by replacing certain elements today. I hope I get them the next time I call.

Angel was very thorough, and helpful. He did an amazing job explaining everything, and didn't try to just sell us a product. He did a great job with the installation. Angel wanted us to choose what was best for us. Along with Angel we had assistance from Michael about pricing on a new unit, and he was very helpful and considerate. We would highly recommend 1Hour AC to anyone!

Update. I was angry when I wrote this review. However, One Hour went over our file and found the issue. They called us, apologized and scheduled the fix for this past Monday. They were on time, and it didn't take a terribly long time. Our a/c is now working as it should, the house is comfortable again and I do recommend them. Miscommunication created issues as well, I believe, but they were great and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you for not leaving us hanging, as I thought it had gone, but they were taking the time to figure it out for a permanent fix, and were quick to get everything scheduled and handled. Thank you so much and I apologize for the misunderstanding.

Horrible. They were out quick to install a new unit and were paid in full. The unit is terrible. Won’t hold temp or Freon. They replaced the same part twice because it broke and caused a leak, then another part but still can’t find the leak, then decided it must be the ductwork, that causes it not to hold gas??????? Technicians are not very skilled, and then they leave because they can’t fix it and tell you someone will call, and then crickets. I am ready to call every day until they either find someone who knows what they are doing, or replace the entire unit. Two year warranty and I am going to blow up their phone and land complaints everywhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THE GUARANTEE IS THAT YOU WILL HAVE A CHEAP AND CRAPPY UNIT AND THEY WILL JUST STOP COMING BECAUSE THEY HAVE ZERO SKILL. I only gave 1 star so I could place this review.

David did a commendable job on our AC. He was courteous and was very knowledgeable of what he had to accomplish. He made suggestions of what we could or could not do. The AC is blowing better than it has lately, and he did a great job, were very happy with his service. Thank you, David,
