Tyler Kemp was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He instantly put us at ease with our AC problem. We also appreciate how helpful Tina was getting Tyler dispatched and keeping us informed. As well assisting us with the warranty of our product. The most important part is this took place on a Saturday morning and within two hours of calling Tina we have AC on a hot day! Thank you Tina and Tyler.

Santonio arrived promptly and got the job done in a timely manner. Excellent work, awesome person very polite. He communicated to me what he had done and what we’ll need later on to keep our system working up to par. Thank you for a job well done.

We had a great experience with Shawn Gantea today. He was very knowledgeable and resolved our issue quickly.

Our condensate drain line was unknowingly buried underground near our outdoor unit. This issue was preventing our unit from draining properly, which resulted in the float switch shutting off the system as the water backed up. He was able to locate the outlet, clear it out, and extend it above ground, in a timely manner.

So glad I called Reliable Ducts: a most positive experience. My unit wasn't cooling properly. They were here the next day, on time.
Their technician was personable, patient and professional. He listened, then went to work systematically diagnosing my AC woes. He spent over two hours with me, all the while explaining everything. I learned so much.
I now rest assured my AC issue is resolved and I have found my new HVAC company.

To add to this review, we have had the pleasure of working with Chris and now Wes. This company fixed a two year old problem that was created by the company who installed our AC during the new build in Mattamy Homes in Pablo Cove in 2021. I did not think service like this still existed. Reliable came the next day to work on our system. Discovered the issue after some troubleshooting and stayed until it was working properly. Very reasonably priced.

Had a bad leak from our AC drainage pipes. Piter came out quickly and took the time to find the original source of the leak and repaired it very quickly. By far the best technician we’ve had using Reliable Ducts. Would recommend asking for Piter when calling to ensure amazing service!!

Had some issues with my system cooling. Eric D came out to take a look and he fixed it within 30 minutes! Smooth and easy process.

Anthony and Ryan arrived on time and installed a new Heat pump A/C unit today. They were professional and competent. I can recommend Reliable Ducts to anyone who needs their A/C unit serviced.

Reliable Ducts did a great job installing our new AC. They were efficient , professional, timely (next day install), courteous and better pricing than every one else we consulted!

Our heater unit just stopped working recently. Reliable Ducts expeditiously came out to fix it. Dustin was our tech and he was FANTASTIC! He did a thorough check, found the issue, fixed the issue and didn’t stop there! He went through everything to ensure our unit was in tip-top working order!
