I don't even know where to start. Extremely professional! Willing to go above and beyond! I had an issue with my unit & was extremely unhappy, the owner Gerry gave me his personal cell number & said to call if I had any more problems, unfortunately I did & Gerry came out after hours after he'd been working all day just to make sure the problem was fixed. This company is extremely hardworking & honest! My husband and I would recommend this company any day! This company also came with face masks and shoe covers! 5 star service!!!!

It was great working with everyone at Superior Heating and Cooling. They were very professional, answered all of my questions, and did a fantastic installing our new AC. Would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

My A/C system quit working on the hottest of days. Gerry, a fantastic service technician came to my house right away to diagnose the problem. He was professional and extremely courteous. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and best of all, inexpensively. I would highly recommend this company and especially Gerry for any heating/cooling issues.

This company is owned and operated by the most honest and hard working people. Ive never met a more genuine person and caring person than Gerry. Superior came out just to checked out our A/C unit, but by the time he left he gave us so many pointers from how to make our unit more efficient to what type of freon is best. I highly recommend this company any and everyone!!

I had Superior come out to my home, through my home warranty 210. I love them both!!! They were on time, courteous, and Eric was very helpful when it came to the programming of my thermostat, and very knowledgeable in he experience and tips ! I would recommend 210 and Superior Heating and cooling to anyone!

The lady that answers the phone was super sweet and understood the urgency of needing someone to come out ASAP. We’re from up north and have some health issues that make it really hard to be without AC. Plus we have dogs that can’t handle the heat. She gave me the first available and then called back with an earlier appointment. The technician was very polite! (We loved that he had a Philadelphia Eagles mask on too) He quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. He cleaned everything up and in no time we had a cool house again! I’d definitely recommend this company!!

Gerry was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very hard working. My AC broke down and it was time to replace it. Gerry and his team showed up with masks and shoe covers, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Superior Heating because they'll take great care of you and not try to gouge every cent they can.

Superior has gained a customer for life. Elijah my technician was a true professional and answered all my questions. Quality of work was above and beyond what I expected. He had my system back up and running expeditiously. Don’t think twice Superior A/C is superior over all other companies I used in the past.

I have been using Superior Air Conditioning Company for over 8 yrs. Gerry use to live in the neighborhood and whenever I had any problems he would come and check it out. Today my good friend Elijah came to the house and went over my system to see why it wasn’t coming on. After doing his magic my system was working and cooling the house again. Elijah explain everything he did and I looked at him like I knew what he was talking about…. Lol….. I trust this young man and this great company that he’s working for and whenever I have a problem with my HVAC they are the only company I will call. Thanks Elijah and Gerry……

Gerry was able to come to my house same day. I called him for a second opinion. The first company advised me that I needed a $4000 new system, even though my current system was only 8 years old. Gerry was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He really took his time inspecting everything and checking in with us to explain what he was doing and why. It turned out we just needed a new motor for a few hundred dollars. He left to get one and was back within the hour to install it. The motor came with a 1 year warranty and the labor was good for 90 days, meaning if anything happened in 90 days, Gerry would come over at no charge. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I will definitely be referring him to friends and neighbors. Thanks again!!!

Superior Heating and Cooling was sent to our house a few days ago by our warranty company to fill our refrigerant and fix a potential leak. After having an unpleasant experience with one of their employees i was contacted directly by the owners, that same day, who immediately took action on what had happened and deeply apologized. The very next day Gerry himself came and inspected the unit and found out there was no leak but another issue. He explained the problem, took care of it, and ordered a part we needed without us having to make multiple calls to our warranty company.
Despite the first impression, they have now gained a customer and i am happy and comfortable recommending them to my friends. You can tell that they are genuine and truly care about their clients and want to do right by them so that makes me trust them. Things happen and sometimes employees do not represent you the way you want them to, but the way this situation was handled left me impressed by their professionalism and good values.

Elijah represents Superior Heating and Cooling with competence and professionalism. He conducted an inspection of our unit and discovered some problems with the original installation, and without hesitation he rewired and improved the unit. He discovered we had no filter and wrote down all the particulars of what we need, and informed me where to get the right filter. Elijah made certain I knew how to install it before he finished the job. He went above and beyond the usual routine inspection, takes pride in his work and exudes confidence that the job was done properly. Cudos to Superior for hiring, training and retaining quality employees like Elijah!

Superior heating & cooling completely removed and replaced all of our ducting in our 2500 sq foot home. You won’t find a better company to do business with. Jerry and his whole team were so professional, trustworthy and reliable not to mention that they made sure our family had portable AC units to keep us comfortable while they replaced our Ducting.
Only half of our house was getting cold and now after Jerry removed & replaced everything and made adjustments so now the whole house is a wonderful consistent 68 degrees throughout our whole home!
I can’t say enough about this company and how happy that we went with Superior over the other companies that gave us quotes.

The Company was very professional, the guys are hard working, have good work ethic, efficient and they delivered on everything as promised. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Gerry is the man. Had a bungled fix by an unnamed home warranty company. His crew came out and had the unit replaced including time needed for us to replace subflooring within three days. Great communication and service. Could not recommend them enough.

I would like to thank superior heating and cooling for doing such a great job on fixing my central air. The tech they sent was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was doing. The price I paid was very reasonable.

Our warranty provider put us in contact with Superior Heating and Cooling of NE FL. The lady on the phone (I think her name was Julia?) was helpful. We had to coordinate multiple schedules so my mother and I called a few times. Michael came to the house. He was very respectful of social distancing and wore a mask around us. He quickly identified our capacitor was the issue and replaced it on our 20+ year old unit. The entire process was very smooth and efficient. Our AC works like new. Highly recommend.

We recently had a new Heating & Air conditioning unit installed and during a maintenance check I was very impressed with the Service Professional Mike. He was truly a professional. He gained my immediate respect when he did something that no other technician has ever done. Even though he did not have to, he removed his shoes before entering our Home. His comment was he likes to treat his clients home as if it was his own. As if that was not enough, he took his time and evaluated the problem and make a quick assessment of the situation. He identified a wiring issue and had all the tools to correct the problem. He was very friendly and engaging with me as a client and was bothered by my presence. He even gave me a resource for a compression sleeve for my Diabetic Leg. Now how is that for service? Superior is definitely a great name and Mike exemplified that 100 percent. Superior work Mike.
