We had maintenance with Waycoff and they wanted to charge us $3600 for the repair and sell us a new system. Chris the tech who came out examined and saw nothing was wrong with system. Showed me everything and explained the process. Saved us a lot. Would Def. Recommend.

You may find another Commercial A/C companies but they will never meet Thermal Engineers commitment to honesty, integrity, knowledge, dependability, experience and most importantly, listening to and treating their customers with respect. They are locally owned.

They replaced the indoor and outdoor units and repaired the duct work. They also added returns around my house. The digital thermostat they installed is awesome. Air has never worked better and my house has a consistent temperature throughout.

Thermal Engineers provided my business location with expert installation of a new system in a timely, professional manner with no business interruption.
Uniformed personnel and clean vehicles add to the top shelf image.

Morgan and his team of professionals are very Knowledgeable. Our system had a problem I called them at 4:30 on the afternoon on a weekday the next morning I received the phone call and 2 hours Later they were At my door. He quickly diagnosed the problem After a series of test and completed the replacement and repair in a timely manner also they cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend using them for your commercial chiller needs.

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about Thermal Engineers. They are complete professionals, they understand my needs and treat me as if I’m their number one customer. I oversee the upkeep of a large climate controlled distribution center including cold storage. It’s imperative that we maintain the proper temperature throughout the DC at all times. These folks are fantastic. Wasn't familiar with the company previously but they came out and replaced 2 old A/C systems with new ones and were extremely professional. Hard working, focused, didn't even break for lunch. Cleaned up afterward, the place was spotless. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Austin, Zack and Chris did amazing work.
