Eric came out on time, he was very courteous and knowledgeable, Not only did he do repairs on both units, he also educated me on my HVAC System. I will definitely recommend to all of my friends and clients. This was a stellar experience.

As has been my experience with United in the past, service was prompt, professional, and courteous. I have asked my home warranty company to send heating and air conditioning repair folks only from United and not from any other company.

Our service technician Diontae was very polite and professional and explained step by step. He listened to our concerns and was able to get our AC check and made sure the air flow was flowing in the house correctly. Thank you 😊

The company overall has been very good. The service tax are always very polite and seem very knowledgeable in their work. We bought our unit from them and it was a little pricey. But it's a good unit and the workmanship was really good. Overall we're happy.

Such a great company. Recommend their full service agreement rather than home warranty for expedited repairs and preventative maintenance. Every technician we have interacted with has been thoughtful and kind.

Eric was great. He came early which was perfect for me working from home. He was very polite and informative. Took his time to make sure everything was working correctly. Provided great feed back and just overall great customer service.

Very helpful and informal on what steps to do when an AC get clogged, even helped me save a couple of dollars by orders stuff on Amazon to prevent future clogs

We got paired with United Air Temp Jax Beach through our home warranty company, and we were extremely pleased with the service we received. They got someone out here within 2 days of my service request, and our AC tech stayed until 11pm on a Friday night to ensure that our AC was running properly again. We are so thankful!

Did a very good job when it came into my home. Was very courteous did everything they were supposed to do check my system out very well. The man understood exactly what the problem issue was with my air condition. And came back and put the new equipment in without any issues or any problem and resolve my issue.. I will definitely use this company again because they care with compassion like it’s their…
