We've had WE for many years. Today for our maintenance, Eric was polite and friendly! Very efficient and gave me a full report. WE are always very nice, including Whitney in the office. I love that I can communicate via text too. Very convenient. 😁

Highly recommend Weather Engineers! Joe Burrus was fantastic. He took his time and explained everything to me in detail. I had multiple HVAC companies come out and look at our AC and Joe made everything make sense and provided solutions to all of the issues.

Joe came out after hours and did a great job! He explained everything in clear logical terms, fixed our system in a very efficient manner. Highest recommendation!

Our Technicians Jo & Ethan were very professional and efficient. They arrived the same day I called for service. We will be using them in the future.

Levi was the service technician who came today because one of my air conditioners was not working. The reason was not obvious and I watched as he went through several steps of logic and problem-solving to figure out the problem. He was then able to fix it and stayed to be sure it was working properly. This took place over about four hours. He explained each step to me and why he was doing it and never seemed frustrated—just wanted to get it right—and he did. I doubt many service guys would have taken the time and/or done the thinking about the steps as he did. Thanks, Levi!

It's rare these days to find a company that not only does great work but also treats customers with fairness and integrity. I could have been taken advantage of because of my AC being broke during the heat but instead weather engineers team provided an honest assessment and only fix what was necessary, I gladly recommend whether engineers Incorporated to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC service.

Weather engineers has always been very professional and accommodating to our needs. We had a problem with one vent producing far too much air in that room. They were willing to make adjustments to a damper multiple times to make sure we got it just right. Our 2 stage air conditioner is the second Bryant we've bought from them and are absolutely elated with it performance and cost savings.

I recently had my air ducts and AC air handler unit cleaned, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, everything was done properly, efficiently, and on time. The team—Ryan, Curtis, Dominique, and Mike—was incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful of my home.

Not only did they do an excellent job cleaning the system, but they also went the extra mile to vacuum the floors and ensure no dust or dirt was left behind. It’s rare to find a team that works this cleanly and takes pride in their work.
