Thank goodness for companies like Whitley. Honest and not looking to fleece customers. I will only use this company going forward for HVAC concerns. I had a wonderful experience with them, they're super nice, showed up on time, didn't try to sell me services/repairs I didn't need. What a refreshing difference.

This is the second time we have used Whitleys Air Conditioning and have been pleased with the entire experience both times. Professional, Competitive pricing, dependable and good work quality. Raymond and his team made sure we had A/C up and running before a hot weekend. I would recommend them to anyone!

Guy and his crew (Jack and Chase) are total pros. They showed up right on time, worked super carefully, and everything went smooth as butter. I just bought a home and opted to use Whitley’s Heating and Air. I went with their yearly maintenance program. They were able to come out right away and service the system for me, identifying items even the home inspector missed, and sealed areas that were not properly done. Professional and very thorough! Highly recommend.

I was referred to Whitley’s from our Daughter and have been using Whitley’s ever since. I promise you this company is owned by the nicest guy, Raymond. His crew is so honest and kind. I promise you, you will not regret using them.

More than happy or satisfied. They provide services second to none. Our AC unit had some unique challenges, but they kept coming back till the matter was completely resolved. Could not imagine a better company to use.

It’s never fun to have to call someone after hours to come fix your air conditioner, especially when you have disabled children. It’s happened enough to know that I’m usually gonna get ripped off a lot of the times ( I mean everyone hates it when the Flux Capacitor goes out on your AC ) OR That whoever shows up has an attitude of some sort… in this case, however, it was different. Jake showed up promptly like he said he would and even from the phone call earlier to let him know what was wrong. He was very kind, empathetic and professional. The work was completed Quickly, he explained everything that was wrong, what he was doing, and what I could expect. It was a pleasure having him in my house I would absolutely recommend 1000%.

So far so good! Made an AM appointment and Richard was here bright & early on Wednesday Morning..will Follow up when the work is completed..parts needs to be ordered…
UPDATE, everything was fixed, however we did have a billing issue.. Raymond called us to resolve it, to our satisfaction thankfully..

Jake has always been a great and professional technician for us, he makes sure he gets directly to the issue and has a resolution pretty quickly. This company has earned my business

Whitley AC is always wonderful. Their work is fantastic and affordable. I have used them for years to install my new AC systems, bathroom fans, etc. I only call Whitley’s!

Jason did a great job of explaining what maintenance and repairs were needed and an excellent job performing those duties

Jason and Cory came out and did an amazing job diagnosing the correct problem with AC unit. Very professional and polite. Window time frame was exceptional with great time management. communication was superb, very good! Very confident with diagnostics and the ability to fix the problem! Would recommend them highly and will use for any future!

When we had an emergency during the memorial service for a precious loved one, you showed up instantly, fixed our air conditioning issue quicker than I could imagine possible and charged us a very reasonable amount. I entrusted Whitley’s to replace my entire AC system (outdoor unit and air handler in my garage) because of the comprehensive product and industry knowledge that the company’s owner (Raymond Whitley) was able to provide. My trust was completely validated during the installation of the new system. The attention to detail during the system install was truly impressive. ALL aspects of the AC system in my home were upgraded when Whitley’s installed the new equipment. Whitley’s noticeably improved the airflow/ comfort control in my basement by cutting into a concrete wall so that an air return vent could be installed and incorporated into the air handler ductwork. Whitley’s AC system expertise has completely transformed the appearance and functionality of the climate control system in my home. Unsightly wiring, rough-looking openings in the garage ceiling, shabby looking air return vents and various other “eyesores” were eliminated by the superior workmanship of the company’s installation process. For these reasons and more, Whitley’s Heating and Air has accrued almost 700 5-star reviews, including the one I am posting today!!

Whitleys has been so great to work with. Kim is so responsive and helpful with scheduling, their billing is super easy, too. And Jake came today to do maintenance and I told him some of the others in the office were in meetings and he was super respectful to be extra quiet- he even asked if it was okay to knock when he was done. I really love and appreciate how these guys do business! These are my go-to!
