We were serviced by John. He worked quick and efficiently and did what he could to get the job done during the same visit instead of trying to come out. John was very knowledgeable and his experience shone through our situation.

This morning at 6am our pvc pipe to our hose snapped which caused a massive flooding and lots of worries. I googled plumbers in Jacksonville and chose to call 1-Tom-Plumber and got a quick answer and they had a technician out by 8am. Daniel showed up with a great friendly attitude and quickly went to work to find what was going on with the pipe. Within 10 minutes he found the problem and made a game plan for the solution. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. I was then quoted very reasonably and he quickly fixed our broken pipe and he stayed afterwards
to make sure everything was properly working and fixed. He was extremely nice and respectful with an awesome attitude the whole time.
I give Daniel a 10 out of 10 overall and will use him in the future for our plumbing needs.

These guys do good work Anthony came out and helped our site with a building shutoff and was on top of it kept us updated during and got us taken care of and was very personable and professional 10/10 will use again.

A part on my well pump broke and they came out within a few hours and got my water back on. I'm very grateful!

I highly recommend Tom's plumbing. They were very nice on time. I called them on a Sunday to ask them to help my mother and they were there Monday morning, just like they said. Best Plumbing experience hands down!! The communication was amazing!! I was never left in the dust I was always included in what was happening step by step. Shawn always made sure I knew what was happening which made me feel at ease. The crew that came out and did the work was just as amazing 👏!! They were extremely respectful with the Yes Ma'am and no Ma'am and super clean. They literally clean up after everything everytime. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone and if I ever need them again they will be the only ones I will be calling. 1-Tom Plumber saved the day! We had a plumbing emergency late one evening and they came to the rescue. After calling several 24/7 plumbers in the area, they were the only ones that answered. They quickly handled our inquiry and gave us a timeframe the crew will be out. Everything was handled in a prompt matter. I would highly recommend 1 Tom Plumber again to anyone in need of plumbing services, no matter what time of day!

We needed to repair/replace a broken bathroom faucet and a slow leak in a toilet supply valve. I looked at a number of plumbing companies but the ones that do also electric and A/C tended to be expensive and had long wait times for service. I found 1-Tom-Plumber that did only plumbing and had a Google guarantee.
When I called the office, Sean took my call, understood my items and scheduled a service the same day. The technician Daniel arrived on time and found that the broken faucet had extensive internal corrosion. He tried to get replacement parts but the model was discontinued. So he fixed the leaky toilet valve and I called Sean the next day to get new faucets installed.
He recommended that I purchase the faucets because his cost for the same model was double what I found. He scheduled young David who came the same day and did a great job removing the old corroded faucets and installed the new ones quickly and cleaned up really well.
I couldn't be happier with the experience, skill and politeness of all the people I dealt with at 1-Tom-Plumber from scheduling to problem diagnostics and repair work. I was a bit surprised at the costs they quoted, but they honored them even when the work seemed to take longer than anticipated. It seems that most home repair costs have increased in the past few years.

When I called about my problem they were caring an they came early in the morning to fix it. We appreciate all they did. Anytime we have a problem they will get a call. Good and friendly. Dependable!! Thank you again!!!

Great crew that came out at 2:00 Christmas morning to fix a water leak. On time and very polite.

I purchased a Rheem hotwater heater and within a year it went out. I called Rheem they sent out a company that told me it was my lower element. I didn't appreciate the fact that they also wanted to charge me $ to replace an electrical problem. I wanted a second option but said Rheem would not pay the 2nd trip cost. When I call Rheem the woman on the phone (awful customer service) told me to have another company come out would be a few days but I could purchase the element my self and another plumber and they would reimburse me. When I call 1Tom they came out the next day and said called them back told them I would need both elements and to over night it. They didn't want to do that so he asked for a supervisor. He told them they should over night it as to not have me wait more days. They did and 1Tom came back out replace both and its been working fine for about a month now. Eventhough, I didn't get my pink plunger, the service was great. I will use them if I ever need another plumber.
