My experience with and services was great! The technician Dillan was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything he was doing and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. High quality work, we will be using and services in the future!

Bill who estimated my job did a wonderful job. But when the first technician showed up it did not go well. But letting the company know about my situation they sent someone to rectify that problem. After that it went really well so I have to say five stars for that segment of work.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Elijah from And Services for a garbage disposal estimate. I had never dealt with this company before, but I was so impressed that they offer free estimates — rare these days when most companies want to charge an outrageous diagnostic fee. Elijah came out, took his time to thoroughly assess my situation, and provided a fair quote. Although I couldn’t proceed with the install at this time, Elijah was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He put everything back neatly and treated me with the same respect and courtesy as if I were a paying customer. That kind of service is hard to find! With that said, because of Elijah‘s service and professionalism today, I will 100% be contacting And Services when I’m ready to move forward next week, and I’ll be requesting Elijah by name! He was advice and beyond exemplary and if everyone at this company is Operating on this same level, the standard here is incredibly high, and I will be incredibly pleased with everything that I choose to call them. Same day service received w/five star quality work from both Jonathan Castro and Thomas Robertson. Both were very kind & personable. I would highly recommend "And Services" to anyone who has plumbing needs in a time crunch for quick and easy scheduling.
