Called River City Plumbing yesterday afternoon for kitchen sink that was backing up. Less than 24hrs later problem solved! Owner even showed up to supervise. Very professional and clean. Will use them again should we need any plumbing done!! 💯

I was in a pinch, he walked me through a temporary fix over the phone at 11pm because my well lost prime, he offered to come out even though it was almost midnight but I was too stubborn to let him. Then the next morning he did come out first thing and fixed it right for me. Great work, answered after hours, reasonable prices. Highly Recommended!

The best plumbing in town hands down

On a Thursday afternoon my well pump failed. I had no water to the house. I called three of my go to companies and they all had no availability for 3 days to get a technician out. Doing a search I came across RiverCity Plumbing. Their technician came out in an hour, diagnosed my issue and provided suggestions on repair or replacement options. No hard pressure sale at all. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with, they fully explained everything and had patience with me until I was totally informed.

Exceptional in every way! A rare gem in the service industry. Nadav, Dustin, Trevor the entire crew are professional, informative, efficient and went above and beyond. They quickly assessed the problems, went over our options and went out of their way to get the water back on as soon as possible. Customer service is fantastic.

They came and re-pipe my whole house in one day when other companies said it would take multiple day great company.

Amazing service! They came out at 9am and did not leave until the job was finished at 7:30pm. We had a leak underneath the slab of the house and had been without water for almost 3 weeks. They were extremely respectful and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. I would recommend them 1000x over. Will never go to another plumbing company, we found the one.
