Fantastic job. I appreciate the hard work of this company to fix my problem. I had been having a backed up sink for forever. The initial visit didn't fully fix and they were quick to send another plumber out and my sink is working beautifully! Highly recommend. Joshua Miller and Erik(don't know last name) were patient and helpful in explaining everything.

My husband & I just saw how the owner of this company reached out & installed new plumbing for the elderly lady who had suffered without water for a long time...what an angel!! We are Christians & it truly touched our hearts as we are always trying to help those in need by giving, helping & assistance as Christ leads us to do that! Upon calling The Greatful Plumbers I reached Thuy on the phone.. she was very helpful. Later that day Eduardo came out to look at my plumbing issue and was very kind, helpful and went over what the care plan would be to start the remediation that would be needed. They sent out one of their guys today (sorry I forgot his name) and he was quite pleasant to work with and was able to get me going in the right direction of what my options would be once we realized there was roots in our plumbing pipes. From here, I will be awaiting the quotes for a few different options to remedy our bathroom situation. I feel their quotes will be fair and honest just based off of already meeting with them and working with them. If you are needing a good plumber /plumbing company I would recommend them this far, as they have fair and upfront about everything and kind, to boot.
I am genuinely hoping that the actual fix we need will be done in the same manner as the last few days.. as they were pretty quick, kind and fair. Thank you guys for helping us out !

I just saw a news story about yall helping an 86 year old woman by giving her water again, after 2 years of using buckets ! That was awesome and should I need or hear of anyone in need,,I will definitely send them your way! Thank you for your kindness!

I called The Grateful Plumber again for another toilet replacement. Both times I spoke with Twee, who was very polite and helpful. The old toilet was removed, but the new one had a crack (my fault for not checking). I had to order a new one and reschedule for an install. When the toilet arrived earlier than scheduled, Twee managed to get a plumber out in a few hours. I was charged half the estimate for the first visit and the remainder for the install. No extra charge for the additional trip. Twee, thank you very much.

Harrison and Steve did an absolutely WONDERFUL job. My fiance and I had just bought this house and found out the plumbing was completely shot. Harrison came and scoped it and was professional and polite. Very insightful. Took them only TWO days to completely replace my drain system and now it works like MAGIC. You absolutely must give him a raise!!! Wonderful and professional, thank you guys SO MUCH. And we will absolutely be back if we ever need a plumber again!!!!

Harrison, the plumber, was prompt, courteous and went out of his way to solve the broken water pipe in my front lawn. He even went to Lowes to get the appropriate tool to fix the problem as he did not have one on hand. Thanks for the good work!

Harrison and Will did some plumbing work for me today and they we courteous, respectful, and prompt. My work was completed (3 jobs) in about 2.hours . The price was great and I am happy with the service.

Had some differences at the beginning on the amount of work that needed to be done. We were able to settle on a price for the work without much hassle. The work was done efficiently and professionally.

Harrison McDaniel is as a wonderful expert with the Greatful Plumber. He was very personable and extremely respectful. I was very impressed when he entered our home with shoe covers to help prevent any dirt tracks from coming in. He was able to give us 2 solutions. He was very thorough and was able to give us a detailed diagnostic about replacing our shower cartridge. He was very transparent about the solutions. He made sure to go through the less invasive route first before going through dry wall to access the cartridge. He was able to efficiently complete the fix and was able to give us a time stamp of when he would be done. We were so happy to know that he saved us some time and money with the less invasive option. We are very grateful! I would highly recommend him and this company! He made the experience a pleasant one! I would definitely use this company again! Make sure to ask for Harrison McDaniel!

We needed a shut-off valve installed on the main water line from the street to our house. We used The Greatful Plumber and the job went smoothly including replacing a small portion of the concrete driveway. Harrison was knowledgeable, professional and very polite! I’m glad we tried this company and will definitely call them in the future.

Hi!! This was a Great Experience from the call to set up an appointment, with follow up, the technician (Ed) came a little early, and the repair (with explanation of what was need and why). I would highly recommend them!!! I know the next issue we have , I will Definitely call The Greatful Plumber!!! I called many plumbers and most wanted a lot of money upfront or told me I probably just needed to get a new water heater (several hundreds of dollars) so they could make more!!!
