We experienced a major plumbing issue and had sewage backing up very late on a Sunday. We were trying not to panic and wanted to wait until Monday but knew that was not going to happen, so we called Zeke at Zoom Drain. Without hesitation, he came over at 10:30 last night and left after 1 am. The first thing he asked was where is our sewer cleanout and we had no idea. We had to dig all around our garden to find it. We finally found it but wanted to encourage anyone reading this to know where yours is in case it ever happens to you. Zeke made every effort to help us locate the cleanout from was crawling, digging, removing toilets, on the roof, and a whole lot more to get us cleared. He was professional and had all the tools needed to properly clean out the drains. We're so thankful, Zoom Drain was able to help us out! We highly recommend Zoom Drain!

Oh, and if you use Charmin toilet paper, I encourage you to switch to Scott's or Angel Soft.

Wow zoom drain has the nicest employees, that were very respectful while coming into the house and very effective. The service was top tier would recommend to anyone, solved my problem. Pricing with zoom drain is much more affordable than the competition, will be using them again.

Zoom Drain of Jacksonville did a phenomenal job on clearing my sewer line. Zeke is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and fair with his services. The technician was very clean, courteous and professional, and I would highly recommend him and his company and his crew, to anyone in need of plumbing services. I was very lucky to have found out about him and you should count yourself lucky if you find out about zoom drain as well.

Zeke and his team have been wonderful and they have rescued us twice recently after a bad experience with a different plumbing service. I really appreciate his compassion and understanding while we were experiencing an unfortunate situation. They took the time to do the job right, explained the process and provided a written report with photos for us to pursue a remedy with the previous plumber who had done work on the sewer drain line.

These guys are great! The owner Zeke was happy to help and was extremely kind! I needed three bathrooms unclogged in 3 different houses of mine and they helped with ALL THREE! They were very efficient and more than willing to help! Definitely would use them again and would recommend anyone use them. :)

We had a horrible clog in the main drain that was backing up into our shower. It was late on a Sunday and they made it to our house within 45 minutes. Zeke showed us the clog on camera and flushed the main line. Zeke was very nice and professional and provided great information for plumbing care going forward. We were extremely grateful for the fast and excellent service!

I needed a diagnosis on our bathroom that randomly but continually stops up. Zeke and his team came out as scheduled, quickly and professionally explained the procedure and performed the work. They discovered the problem, discussed solutions all was good! Hope I don't need them again but definitely will if the need arises. Extremely professional company.

Zoom responded immediately when I called on a Sunday afternoon. We had a plumbing issue that if not addressed quickly, it would have been pretty bad. Zeke came out, evaluated the situation and gave us a couple of options. Within 2 to 3 hours, our house was in good shape. These guys were awesome. Two thumbs up all the way.

Don’t normally leave reviews, but Zeke deserves a good one. Turns out I’m not the only one who thinks this. He literally came out 15 minutes after I called and had our issue taken care of in no time. He gave us excellent info on what our main drain issue was and was very professional while doing it. I have a few businesses and people I keep in my go to quiver and he’s now one of them. Zeke was awesome! We have had our drain snaked multiple times and got to the point we wanted to seek resolution. My plumber recommended Zeke at Zoom. He came out and used a high pressure water line to clean the drain then took a video of the drain that revealed the problem. Now we can move forward with the solution. I recommend Zoom 100%. I found Zeke and his crew via BNI while traveling south from the mid-Atlantic region. While in JAX he and Brandon were excellent communicators and did a great job on my plumbing project despite some unforeseen issues. They stayed as long as it took to complete the job and even came back the next morning to ensure all was well with their repair. I highly recommend Zeke and Brandon @ Zoom Drain.

Zeke came out to my house last minute at 6PM when all the plumbing in my house backed up. Fixed the issue quick and showed me what the bigger issue was and fixed it a few days later. Really took the time to make sure my problems were fixed permanently.

These guys were awesome. I called at 8:00 AM and they were here by 11:00 AM the same day (never expected one of them to be the owner). They continued to work the problem from several different angles, until all the drains were unclogged and flowing freely. They kept me abreast along the way, showed me videos showing before and after pictures of the inside of my pipes. Gave me helpful tips and options that would help in the future. I hired them on the spot to put their additional suggestions in place to and they called the following Monday to tell me what time they would be there Monday. Their prices were fair, they arrived when they said they would and they were all super professional. Can’t say enough great things about this company.
