Loved working with Mike in this process - especially for his work with insurance reps. I am very satisfied with the replaced roof. They were attentive to our needs, skilled, and professional. I know this sounds like a commercial, but I would say, if you need roof work, call Galaxy.

Had an issue with our home owners insurance telling us we needed to fix a patio roof that really did not need to be fixed. Mike had our best interest at heart and was very quick and responsive to notify our insurance company that our roof was in good standing. Saved us a lot of time and unnecessary money to be spent. First roofing company that did not try to get over on us. Very professional.

Galaxy Builders did a wonderful job re-roofing our church. I was extremely impressed with that the owner, Mike, explained the process in detail. Where the dumpsters were going to be placed, how long it would take, etc. The owner came by several times during the process. We are very pleased.

Mike and his Galaxy Builders crew did a great job re-roofing our home.
First, Mike came out and thoroughly inspected our old roof, and recommended re-roofing.
Mike's crew removed the old roofing, all of the way down to the wood, then replaced any damaged wood, installed water barrier, and new roofing material and shingles.
And, they did a super job of cleaning up the construction scraps from the yard when they had finished.
Several of our neighbors asked who had done our roof, and we were happy to tell them about Mike Sundberg and Galaxy Builders, and the Great job they do.

To us, Mike Rooff is the face of the business. He is professional, knowledgeable and a trustworthy estimator. Mike stayed with us through the entire project. He came in the rain to give us an estimate on a roof replacement when others cancelled because of bad weather. He was also patient and sat with us while explaining each detail and phase of the project. Mike answered every call and inquiry. Now, we have a beautiful roof that compliments the house and neighborhood.
Additionally, we thank Galaxy Builders, Inc and Mike for providing documents to our insurance company which allowed a savings in our annual premium.

What a great experience with Mike and his crew! They replaced my roof and gutters and I couldn’t be happier! They were very responsive and extremely professional! My roof was done quickly and is now energy efficient and I’ll even get a federal tax credit!! Their on site job photo cam sent me pictures as they were working so I could see the process! I'm writing for my mother as she does not have a google account. My handyman recommended Galaxy to me when I was helping my parents find someone to replace their roof.
Mike Roof was amazing!!!! The roof is a very high pitch roof which has created all kinds of problems with water flow. They were able to come up with a solution and fixed that problem. They also explained why I was getting water damage in one of my exterior walls and fixed that. Mike explained everything thoroughly and their estimate was accurate. Mike came every day to explain what was going to be done that day. The crew that did the work was on time every day and worked really hard. Everything was done on time and Mike even took care of getting the HOA approval for my parents. She has had several neighbors ask about the roof and she is gladly sharing Galaxy's information. -

Galaxy Builders was referred to me by a professional in the construction industry. I was in need of two roofs, due to the insurance companies policies for roofs 20 years and older. I was impressed by Galaxy Builders professionalism and knowledge in the trades. They delivered exactly what they said they would. Josh was very responsive and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. He provided all the needed documents and led me through the entire process with a

I hired Galaxy to do the work that was beyond my own abilities. They removed the very old roof and replaced any rotten wood, installed the roof and added a beautiful skylight to the kitchen which brightens up the entire house. There have been 3 issues with the windows they installed but the problems came from the manufacturer, not Galaxy. Mike Rooff has been very reactive to the issues and has fixed/replaced any defective windows. I would strongly recommend working with Mike and the entire Galaxy Builders crew.

I’m located in California and I stepped in to help my elderly mother in Jacksonville, after she called a different roofing company for a quote, but was tricked into immediately entering into a contract, after which they became unresponsive (they now appear to be out of business).

We picked Galaxy based on their length of time in business, their excellent online reviews and their BBB rating.

Our experience of working with Chris Addison was great. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable and responsive, without pressuring us. I feel he went above and beyond to arrange for zoom meetings and joint calls with us, to enable me to stay involved through the entire project.

Being a northerner living in the south, I feel like it's difficult to find a good, professional company to help with my new house. After attempting to get two other roofers out - one that never responded and one that set a date, but then no call/no showed - Galaxy Builders was a breath of fresh air! Very professional and courteous, and with my homeowner's insurance on the line, they came out less than 24 hours after my call. Galaxy Builders recently completed a re-roof and removal of our chimney/fireplace at our home, along with some added gutters. Mike was the only contractor I called who came prepared with multiple options, having done his homework beforehand.
The project was organized from start to finish. Ours was a multi-day project where the team was consistenly on-time, cleaned up after themselves well, and Mike kept in touch and visited daily. Not only does the new roof look great, we chose some energy efficiency options which increased the comfort in our home.
We look forward to using Galaxy for our upcoming home remodel project.

Mike & his crew are phenomenal. We had two full bathroom remodels done in a time crunch with a baby on the way & they did amazing work in a quick time frame. We will 100% be using Galaxy Builders for further remodels & repairs. Mike knows what he is doing, has honest pricing, is very personable, & is incredibly responsive. These professionals were on time and completed the job beautifully. They're clean up was absolutely tremendous.

Alas the wind took away some of my vinyl siding on my house, I contacted Galaxy Builders, and they did such great work on my house, they were fast to respond and gave a fair quote. There work was a solid 10/10 👍 . I highly recommend them if you need siding done.

We just had our master bathroom remodeled by Galaxy Builders. The remodel turned out fantastic, even better than we imagined. Do yourself a favor and go no further than Galaxy Builders for your remodel needs. Kudos to Josh, Nick, Mike and the entire team for delivering on the promise. Great job guys.

We just had part of our Jack and Jill bathroom remodeled using Galaxy Builders to make a new closet. Galaxy Builders did an excellent job. The price is right, the work top notch. Chris did a great job from the project management side while Nick stayed on top of all the work ensuring no detail was missed. Do yourself a favor, don’t bother going elsewhere, give Galaxy Builders a call.

Galaxy Builders just completed our laundry room remodel. Chris and Nick did an awesome job for us. This remodel changed everything for our laundry room. The job completed on time, in budget and to the highest standard. We couldn’t be more happy. Great job guys !! Do yourself a favor, just call Galaxy Builders.

Galaxy Builders took down a leaking chimney and reframed, rebuilt it below roof line and installed a gas fireplace. All ceiling and drywall repairs also completed. Galaxy kept us informed of each stage of the project. The repairs came in on time and within budget. Do yourself a favor and use Galaxy Builders for your next project no matter how big it small..

I used Galaxy for roof replacement on my house one year ago. Mike and his company did such a fantastic job and did it fast and efficiently.
Then just recently I used Galaxy Builders once again when I had a pipe that resulted in mold in the walls. Both the Kitchen and bathroom had to be torn out and redone from the ground up. We had to evacuate during this entire procedure. Mike was immediately her to give me an estimate and they began as soon as we could move out.
This is twice we have had to have extensive work done on the house. Mike really came through.
