The service tech’s George and Darrell S. were very knowledgeable and highly professional. They explained every detail of their process and effectively addressed the homeowners ( me) concerned and questions. Would certainly recommend without reservation.

Daniel Brady was amazing! Helped us out so much! We just moved here and they claimed they empty the tank and they did not but a huge thanks to Daniel for helping us out and saving the day! Pricing and very fast hard working was done a 100% will be using Metro Rooter for all of our house hold needs and requesting for Daniel! Thank you again!!!

Junior was very professional, prompt and a fast worker. He went above and beyond to repair my lift station for the septic in a calm and professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Junior (technician) was very professional & courteous. He ran across an issue with the piping in the dosing chamber while he was replacing the pump and went above & beyond to get the job done correctly.

I highly recommend Wind River and especially our Plummer, Donald Thomas. He made sure our toilet was working. Very impressed with his work.

I’ve used Metro-Rooter on and off for the last 6 years. Today Donald Thomas was the plumber. He was friendly, efficient, and didn’t mind the constant barking of my dogs.

Wonderful experience. The technician that came to perform the assessment & repair, named Junior, was exceptionally professional. What began as a possible easy non complicated repair ended up being much more complicated and in depth. As more issues kept arising, & some issues not making full sense, thank goodness for Junior's experience, expertise, knowledge, & especially his willingness to continue searching related areas of the property, to finally locate the main issue that tied the others together. He was amazing. He was respectful, kind, courteous, and he took the time to explain to me what the problems & issues were, why & what repairs would be required, and while repairing & replacing the parts, he explained to me the processes, & how the system would work following the repairs.
Lastly, he took the time to repair a couple of older issues in regards to older electrical pump cords that were dry rotting & beginning to fray & relocated them in a different manner to prevent further damage. When all repairs & replacements were completed, he left the area almost spotless & tidy like it was never disturbed. Very professional in all areas & aspects.
He was here for several hours, & although his company most likely expected a relatively easy repair and allotted him a much less time frame, when he encountered the unexpected problems he stayed & worked diligently for those several hours until all was completed and working properly. He never gave up. Very impressive & a great asset to Wind River Environmental.

Chansi came out to pump our septic. I had given him a back story about when Duck Duck Rooter came out. They had told us our tank was obsolete and they would have to tear up our walk way just to get to it. Come to find out, that was all lies. So they actually pumped our neighbors septic😭
Chansi found access with no problem. Thank goodness we still have honest people. He's kind and answered any questions I had.
We are completely happy with today's service and he was able to clear up any confusion we had about our septic system.
