My wife and I were fully preparing for a nightmare as we had pool companies one after the other give us quotes on a remodel. Our pool wasn’t in terrible shape, but it definitely wasn’t up to our standards and was in need of some renewing. We were about fed up with the ridiculous quotes and typical sales nonsense about why their product was better than someone else’s and then came Paradise Pools! What a breath of fresh air! No BS sales pitch, straight forward pricing and real down to earth people and employees!

Ama and her team are beyond incredible. You can tell they are very proud of the product they produce and our pool turned out spectacular. I won’t say the entire project went perfectly, but what was perfect was their response to the imperfections! If my wife and I saw something that wasn’t quite right we showed it to them and they absolutely made it right without argument. They treated our pool project as if it were in their own backyard.

Paradise Pools workmanship is comparable to those high end pools without all the high end pricing. They weren’t the cheapest, but the quality standard matched the pricing and I wouldn’t change a thing.

We are so happy with the company that we hired them on to maintain the pool service to keep it just the way it appears now!

Paradise pools were outstanding! They were professional and efficient from the first time I met them. My pool demo and resurfacing was done in less than 2 weeks! Paradise pool service did an excellent job fixing my pool. they fixed the coping and refinished the pool floor. The process was a breeze and Ama kept me updated through the whole process. I keep telling her when I am ready to add the spa I will reach back out.

Truly a family-oriented business that specializes in outstanding customer service. They refinished our 20-year-old pool, and it looks outstanding, but on top of that their team was personable and approachable. They provided full explanations of their entire process and then followed up with helpful hints on keeping our pool looking like new.
