My tree will rest in peace thanks to the amazing service by Kelly and team.

Pelfrey did an excellent job! They did a more work than expected and I am very happy to have the tree out of my yard!

Great experience. Crew is very knowledgeable about the health of the trees and where to cut. They do quick work and cleanup. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for this type of job. Absolutely 5 stars

Amazing work! The owner Andrew has years of experience and it shows. Handling our trees and lawn with precise care. They do very efficient work. Highly recommend!!

The Pelfer Company came out and removed a few of my trees and pruned some of the others ones. I hired them for their professionalism and they did not disappoint. They executed the job phenomenally and I will definitely be using their services in the future and recommend you do as well!

Great customer service, prompt, thorough, and worked clean. I can’t say enough about the work these guys do. Thanks Andrew, Lucas, Randal and Nick!

The Pelfry Tree service representative came to my home to construct a proposal for the services of removing a tree. Parker spent time describing how the tree would be removed, which was important to me because it was in a difficult to get to location, close to the house. I found him knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. The cost proposal was sent to me the next day. I found it to be a fair price for services. The tree removal was scheduled in a timely way. On the day of service, the team arrived at the house right on the agree upon time. Taylor was managing the project and answered all questions. He was also very knowledgeable and respectful. When the tree removal was completed, the yard was cleaned up to my satisfaction. Overall, I would highly recommend Pelfrey Tree Service.

The pelfrey team is hands down the best. Our prior be for flaked on mulching 3 of our properties and the pelfrey team came out with a short notice and got the job done. Communicated with us every day- let us know where they were working on that day and for our places looking amazing!

Thank you guys!!!

Pelfrey Company Tree service was very professional and timely. From the initial phone call for a quote, to the follow-up on scheduling, to the crews, everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable and professional. Based on prior experience with some of the other tree companies in the past, dealing with Pelfrey Tree definitely exceeded my expectations. They are now my go-to for tree work, without a second thought.

I, Stephanie Fisher with Gaston Tree Debris Recycling, has had a wonderful experience working with Pelfrey Tree. Taylor Peck is very professional, knowledgeable and dependable to work with. We have done multiple jobs with Pelfrey from us picking up loads from their job site, which are always neat, assessable and ready, to Pelfrey helping our company during the storm clean up when Ian went through Jacksonville in 2022. Taylor went above and beyond to help get crews put together and ready to dispatch when needed.
I look forward to working with Pelfrey Tree and Taylor again. They are an amazing company to work with.

Parker and Bruno and the whole team were amazing from start to finish! Very professional, courteous and had fair and clear pricing. They took care in what they did, showed up when they said they would and you could tell just wanted to do a great job! I would highly recommend and I will be having them do all our tree work going forward.

These guys are true professionals. Brett, Ryan and Brian did some excellent work getting down a massive Cedar Tree. There clean up was also top notch! I highly recommend this Team and Company for all your Tree service needs.

David was my contact. He delivered everything that as promised and discussed. The crew members, Kevin, Nick and Austin showed up on time ready to work addressed me in a very respectable way. They came in and went straight to work, all about their business. No time for conversation no small talk. I definitely got what I paid for. I highly recommend. My yard was kept intact. no damage to the ground or my fencing, and when I got home from work, everything was just as I left it with the exception all the trees were down as promised you guys are great! Greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your hard work.!!!!

If you need a reliable, fair priced, and friendly tree service look no further. We had them clean up our palms in the backyard. With one phone call we asked for a quote which led to an on-site evaluation of the job, a detailed email with a quote, and the ability to sign a contract on my Iphone. After the work was completed you got a survey to make sure all the work was done as expected. My neighbors also commented how great of a job they did! Thanks Pelfrey Tree Service!

I had a fantastic experience with Pelfrey Company Tree Service, especially thanks to Mark! From start to finish, he was incredibly efficient, communicative, and professional. He made the process of getting proposals and scheduling the work completely seamless, even working around my dogs schedule 😊, and he checked in with me regularly, even on the day of the tree trimming to make sure everything was going smoothly.

The crew that came out was equally impressive. They were respectful, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They did a beautiful job with the trimming and left everything spotless when they were done. I highly recommend Pelfrey Company and will definitely use them again in the future…. In fact, I've already scheduled them to come out for another day! Thanks again, Mark and team!
